Great Gin Bar Good Food Amazing :)
Unfortunately for this booking several items from the menu was not available, service was slow and interrupted by other customers getting the attention of the waitress. Despite asking for balsamic dressing for vegetable tart starter it did not appear on the table. Main food was cooked well but as already stated menu was limited
First time and wow was not disappointed was a fantastic, unique experience. The food was so tasty and was plenty of it. The staff were very attentive and polite. The kids loved the games area. We will definitely be returning
Best Sunday lunch ever tasted staff very friendly and helpful will return again.
Liverpool's best Sunday Roast
Best roast dinner in Liverpool.
Absolutely fantastic roast dinner and fab atmosphere.
Food was ok, nothing special. Had to wait to sit down for our booking even though the massive shed was half empty.
Love coming always good food and drink. Served well and doesn't take too long. Staff really nice. Knew we had to be out by 4pm or would have stayed longer and spent more.
Great place will come again
Excellent afternoon with the family. Very relaxed, staff very helpful. Slight complaint about beef - this was knocked off the bill and some free drinks given with lots of apologies. Cant say fairer than that.
Booked for Sunday lunch and was not disappointed, it was absolutely gorgeous.. service was very good and staff very friendly, but then we are in Liverpool and you wouldn't expect anything less.. we had a slight problem with one of our deserts, they couldn't apologise enough and rectified it immediately these things happen and in no way did this affect or spoil our experience here.. we will definitely be back, and would highly recommend to friends....
We had a fab day with the family for a Sunday roast, would defo come again 😀
Can honestly say that this was the best roast dinner I have ever had! Please don't tell my mum I said that though! Lol We ordered the Roast Chicken for 4. I liked the way it was all served on large 'help yourself' platter'. Was a hit with the kids too as they devoured adult sized portions and even ate some vegetables! Best roasties ever! The sharing sticky toffee pudding was fab too, we boxed it up and took the leftovers home. Special thank you to Adam our server, top guy and felt bad we only left him a small tip as we didn't have much cash on us.....hopefully will get him on our next visit and reward him for his hard work and great service more handsomely. Well done to all
Due to our poor timekeeping we were unfortunately running late and so telephoned the restaurant five times to no avail. On eventually getting through I spoke to Rob who was very helpful and edited our booking without any problems. Once shown to our table we waited fifteen minutes before our drinks order was taken so much so that we were ready with our food orders. The starters and main courses were served in a timely fashion and were good. Of note was that despite our cutlery being used for our starters this was taken off our dirty starter plates and put down on the table for us to use again. Dessert was then ordered twice as one of the items had run out we were then left waiting for twenty minutes before being told it was on its way to which we waited another ten minutes only to give up. We have them attempted to pay only to have to wait another twenty minutes as the card machines were faulty!! Our server then informed us that we wouldn't have to pay for the desserts which was funny as we had never even had them and our meal would have been cheaper if we had due to the Sunday deal. All in all we were very disappointed as we had visited the restaurant from out of town on a friends recommendation.
Sunday dinner was amazing
Best Sunday lunch ever, faultless staff and service, brilliant food, brilliant atmosphere 10/10,we've already recommended you to friends and familly

Fab food and atmos.
Staff are extremely friendly and attentive. Food is mouth wateringly awesome! We had pork belly. Highly recommended, definitely going back
Dear Sirs I would like to complain about our experience yesterday at the Camp & Furnace. Two of us came for lunch - the menu was explained to us and we understood we could have two or three courses at either £19 or £22 We chose to have two courses the Salmon and the Sirlion for main - all of which was good. We then requested extra beef for which we agreed to pay for. We also ordered drinks during the meal However I have to say that when the bill came for £91.40 I was shocked This an outrageous amount and completely unjustifiable - Can you please explain to me how the food element is made up on this bill. I have sent a separate email to you earlier today I await you comments
We had been previously and really looked forward to returning unfortunately we were very disappointed this time. Upon arrival we were asked to sit and wait even though we had booked a 12 o'clock slot to avoid waiting (as we had 4 kids with us). When we were allowed to sit at our table the table wasn't set, the food then arrived with cold veg and very burnt toast potatoes and really cold Yorkshire puddings. The service was OK even if a little slow - 4 of the party had to leave and skip desert as we had to be elsewhere and this was at 1350 from a 12 o'clock reservation. Not great to be honest and there wasn't even the excuse of it being busy. I also used the gents in the main area and these clearly hadn't been cleaned as they were in a terrible condition.
A very pleasuable way to have a Sunday lunch with family and friends. We will be returning.
