About Cambridge Street Kitchen
Once a Victorian boozer, The Cambridge Street Kitchen is a revived social hub, tucked away in the side streets of Pimlico.
Here you can drop by any time for a coffee, leisurely breakfast or settle in for lunch or dinner from our ever-changing seasonal menu.
Our menus change monthly to reflect the season.
Head chef, Elliot, uses modern techniques and the best produce Britain has to offer to create an inventive menu with flavours inspired from across the globe.
We think restaurants should be great places to hang out, whether that’s for a business meeting, friendly catch-up or after-work drinks.
Down in the basement we’ve got a Ping-Pong room to keep your competitive streak entertained and the cosy Club Room with squishy sofas, a wood fire and long farmhouse table for group dining.
Downstairs lies Clarendon Cocktail Cellar, our rebellious younger sister hidden in the cellar with a touch of attitude and a dangerously delicious cocktail menu, inspired by works of art. Open from 5pm every day, this is where Pimlico lets loose…
I've had lunch upstairs and cocktails in the Clarendon basement bar and I will certainly go again. Great food and drink and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
Lovely comfortable surroundings, friendly waiter and great food. Will be coming back!
Great atmosphere and setting but the food was cold and undercooked unfortunately.
Saturday Bottomless Brunch is a great idea. A few more drink options like coffee should be included tho. We also waited a long time for our food as it was super busy on that day. But overall a great place with a nice atmosphere.
I brought my parents to the restaurant las night as they were visiting London this weekend and they loved the place and the food. It was a lovely night and thanks to the staff who was so nice, specially Luigi.
quail scallops and cod were excellent. venison ok but nothing my special. great food. maybe a little pricey but then i'm a bit tight!
Endroit très sympa et original !
Excellent food and attentive service in a lively fun atmosphere, what's not to like ?
Service was awful... Everyone was pleasant but we had to wait 15 mins for menus, 15 to give our order (food came quickly!!) And three attempts to get the bill. By attempt I mean actually physically walking up to the waitress and asking for it. Third time lucky. At one point we were saving frantically at the servers to get their attention and they just stood there... Like I said everyone pleasant but soooooo slooooooow. They were not even that busy as it was about 2:30pm so in between busy periods. Shame!
Warm welcome from very friendly and pleasantly chatty staff. Great basement cocktail bar with serious talent hard a work mixing up killer concoctions. The chef's tasting menu was equally impressive: delicious and inventive. The quail & foie gras starter and guinea fowl main were both of particular note. We were initially sat at the bar but as there was a no-show for one of the banquette tables, our waitress was able to move us to this more comfortable area. We were celebrating an anniversary on the eve and CSK turned out to be a great choice of venue to mark this particular event. Our first but certainly not last visit to this hidden gem near Victoria.
No care in food preparation and in service. Disappointingly surprised.
One of my favourite brunch spots, friendly service, great food in a lovely atmosphere.
Really excellent service, I would definitely come back for another meeting, it was clear the team made a lot of effort to accommodate.
Everything is good as always
This isn't our first time.....love the restaurant, the atmosphere, the food, the cocktails, the ping pong. It won't be our last time either!
The butternut squash risotto was incredible!
Food is amazing but service let the experience down.
Fantastic experience ! excellent cuisine and great service with very friendly waiters and waitresses. we went there for breakfast lunch and dinner because we loved it so much! Thank you to all the team!
A nice addition to the collection of eateries in Pimlico.
Definitely not a place I would have stumbled across but boy am I glad I found this gem via The Nudge. One of the best meals i've had recently, everything was beautifully presented and tasted just as good. Affordable wine. Great cocktails named after classic films. Ambiance was casual but classy, great for a girls catch up or a date. Will definitely be returning!
Great food - the steak and guinea fowl were perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious, and my salmon starter was beautifully presented, adorned with edible flowers. The service was helpful and friendly - we were seated quickly even though we turned up a bit earlier than expected and when we popped down to the cocktail bar for a nightcap, the bar staff made room for us even though they were super-busy. Will definitely be back soon!
Food tasted really nice. Service was a bit hit and miss depending on who served you, and think it was a little overpriced compared to similar places. We have a bad table, so try and be in the window
Great breakfast and really nice service!
I'd seen strong reviews but was still taken aback by the quality of the experience. Food was exemplary, service was friendly, fun, and informative. The whole place felt like everyone was loving their job. I will definitely return, and will spread the good word.
Exceptional service, good food and cocktails, nice decor. Will come over a lot as I live 5 mins away
