The menu, while brief, had a great selection of dishes. The service was great, the meals delicious and the presentation, especially the deserts, was beautiful.
Superb food and service
Bar area a bit basic for a fine dining restaurant/cafe..food good ,service good but having an identity issue.. is it a cafe? Or a fine dining restauant..overall pleasant experience
The staff that looked after us was very professional. He provided outstanding service and had fantastic attention to detail.

We had such a wonderful night. Loved that we could ask questions throughout the evening about the food and wines. Thank you.
Fabulous night looking forward to going to the next one in October
We enjoyed it but expected more!
Slow to start but once in the main dining area everything took off. Food especially the lamb was superb. Everyone at our table enjoyed ourselves and we all only met that night. A great function and am only sorry we are away for the next one in October.
F&B Manager Nick out on a fantastic event. Everyone we spoke to was of the same opinion. We will gladly attend again and will spread the word except that we don't want too many people to know!!!
Magnificent rib eye and all food was delicious. We will be back. Not to busy just right. It’s good fun watching people go past. And it’s raining.
Very limited menu and wine list Service pleasant and prompt
The meals were small for the price
My parents were visiting from interstate and out of all the restaurants in sydney I chose yours only to be totally embarrassed. Our order went to another table and after 90mins since ordering we got our food. By this time we were over the idea of eating dinner and just wanted to leave. I’d go elsewhere.
I booked myself, sister and Mum for Mothers Day High Tea. The day before I called and enquired about parking, whilst stating I was travelling into the city specifically for the High Tea. The receptionist told me the hotel prices although we decided against using their parking due to high rates. Whilst the High Tea took place, I observed the manager walk around to all tables, including ours, and stated that when we leave the car park they were not charging for people who parked. We all had travelled from a far to attend this High Tea on public transport, and it would have been nice to know that any parking fees would have been waved prior to the day.
Unfortunately I was very disappointed in the service and food provided at the Mother’s Day high tea on Sunday the 13th of May. Sadly not all the food was fresh. The cucumber sandwiches and scones were stale, either prepared too early or the night before. I was also asked to find alternatives for my son’s allergies to diary and wheat for him to eat on the day but none of the options suggested were provided. Another disappointment. Furthermore, because it was very busy at 1:30pm, which is understandable, we didn’t receive our tea/coffee until 2pm but were served the food immediately as soon as we had arrived. We had nothing to drink, not even water for quite a while. I had to get up and request a jug. On top of that I had to ask for my free glass of champagne and was asked ‘would you like another one?’ to which I replied ‘I haven’t had one yet’. Overall we were very upset as we have all been Accor members for over 10 years now and have eaten at various Accor hotels where the food is always exceptional and the service AMAZING. After paying $300 yesterday I would never go to an Accor high tea again as it was by far very poor value for money. The saddest part was the chef coming out to the table to justify his use of margarine. Very embarrassing for the entire family especially my son. I have two words only ‘never again.’
We loved our day yesterday. The staff were amazing. Great service and willing to help with anything. Food was nice and the venue was beautiful. We had a great day. Thank you for our gift as well. Definitely be back next year.
We were very happy with Nick De Santi his Customer Service was fantastic. Very helpful on the Customers. Happy person and bubbly personality. I am highly recommend this Restaurant for the very good Customer service.
Mothers Day High Tea on Saturday 12th May 2018 was lovely afternoon for the mum's with variety of savoury and sweets, supported by unlimited sparkling wine, tea and coffee of all variety's. Thank you
My mother in law had a lovely time and I really enjoyed the day an excellent high tea thank you to all the staff for making our day so enjoyable. I would definitely recommend
The staff were wonderful! Very attentive and made us feel very welcome and important. A fantastic start to the Mother’s Day weekend.
The staff were so friendly, plenty to eat and loved the champagne top ups. Nick was a fantastic host. Highly recommend this event and venue
A very enjoyable Mothers 'Day High Tea. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed the variety and quality of eats provided. Well done Pullman! We look forward to Mothers'Day High Tea again in 2019.
Food was very fresh, tasty. Would have liked something warm like a pastry of some sort or small slider. Extra tea and coffee a necessity. Would recommend to all my friends.
