About Cafe Swiss
Filled with charming Swiss hospitality, Café Swiss is a 210-seater dining restaurant that is designed in a stylish modern architecture. Illuminated by an overhead natural skylight, Café Swiss emanates an inviting aura of warmth and elegance for a tranquil respite. Our extensive buffet lunch and dinner offers a variety of European fare and is immensely popular.
The food and pastries getting boring and not appealing anymore. A far cry from years ago. Despite the Ocbc offer, The few customers present on 17 Aug testifies it.
We were looking forward to trying the slipper lobster but we're disappointed as there wasn't any. There was a good variety of food, esp desserts.
Most of the food items listed in the menu on the website were not provided. It is definitely expensive with the food variety & quality served at the original price.
There’s no many selection of food. Most of the food is precooked and only a warmer to warm the food. The environment is dim too.
I dined at Cafe Swiss frequently about a few years back. Noticed most of the old staff were no longer with the restaurant. The current ones definitely need to improve a lot in their service. Prices has increased but quality of food remained the same.
Most of the dishes were cold when they ought to be hot. Laksa gravy was too watery. Missing laksa leaves. Japanese selection looks sub-standard perhaps due to the location or presentation of that section. Can consider re-locating cold cuts - the central position ought to be reserved for the main courses. A lot of sauces/condiments were not labelled. Herbal chicken soup was bland - not much herbal taste to it. Ice cream selection and quality were good. Chendol pandan cake was also disappointing. Overall, a rather disappointing experience at that price point, even after a hefty 50% discount.
There should be a wider spread of drink choices and also, the drinks should be more concentrated as it was too diluted. Instead of having coffee ready made, coffee should be freshly brewed. The scallops were not cleaned properly and there were still residues on the shell.
The timing should extend another 30 mins during weekends, like till 3.30pm, it will help customer to spend more time and business will sure improve. Most of the hotel in weekend are doing it. Thanks
Food was not as good as used to be. Service is prompt and good. Same familiar jice environment.
Maybe I went on a Sunday for lunch when the restaurant was.almost full house hence clearing plates was very slow.
The spead of food is good and of high quality. The black sesame and avocado ice-cream are yummy too! Will definitely return for more!
The variety of food were very limited and some of them are on the menu but were not show up. At least I found out Lobster, scallops and foie Gras are missing and sashimi only has salmon. No Canapés at all. This restaurant is built like a open area so they do not really provides air con service which doesn’t really make sense in Singapore. We were there for 3.5 hours during National day and all the time was sweating and could not cool ourselves down and could not really enjoy. This was absolutely not worth for money even though we paid 50% off from Amex offer. In general, the whole families were very disappointed especially we went there to celebrate my father 60 years old birthday and he just got a small slice of cake. This was our first but also our last time to visit cafe Swiss. NOT RECOMMENDED ONE!
The potatoes at the fondue station were under cooked. Our water were not refilled at all throughout our dining.
Aircon was malfunction, I have been a supporter of café swiss, but at times the seats given to us were not good. Overall, I am satisfied with the whole episode
Lately the food is no good very no value for money..very ordinary food...mac n cheese, dory fish ...roast chicken in gravy etc .. Asian Market Cafe served better yummy food...value for money!
Cakes and black sesame ice cream are awesome.
Thank you for an excellent dining experience n unbeatable service . My 16 friends love your care in arranging the tables n putting us at the heart of Swiss cafe space . Enhanced our fellowship n connecting with each other ...all the excellent food was easily within reach .
We went for buffet dinner last Sat at 8.30pm after the NDP fireworks. Total disappointment. Under-staff and we waited a long while for chef to help with the meat carving. The sashimi were not refilled. Food looked tired. The grill meats were left in the cold.
The cafe is too dark.. can lit up more.
Outstanding service personnels Manager Guna Derren was very passionate n helpful . Very positive attitude . 👍👍👍
Lights a little too dim for old folks Air conditioning could be cooler Cafe only opens at 6:30. I came at 6:15 and had to wait around. Not convenient.
Service was good! Many variety of food.
Great disappointment. Online menu does not match the food offered. For example online menu offered Raclette but according to the staff was removed long time but online menu not updated. Coffee and tea from dispenser!!! Renovations at 8pm!!! Never expect from Fairmont Accor group. Should not do any business like this-only get poor ratings and shows poor management. Cafe swiss should refund my dinner cost!
