The girl who served us was lovely (mixed race I think she was) she was lovely, don’t think she was meant to be our server but stepped in and was so accomdating and lovely. When. Booking online however I asked for a table with extra candles etc as it was for my girlfriends birthday and this was not met, I would understand if restaurant was busy but it was really quiet that evening
Waiters were nice and friendly and the food was good. However there was no offer for more drinks, no check back on food. Also took a while to get anyone’s attention and then eventually pay the bill (around 20 minutes to get the attention of someone and also pay)
We were looking forward to a proper smokehouse meal on New Year’s Eve. How disappointed we were after having booked in advance to be told on our arrival that you had run out of smoked brisket, burnt ends and pulled pork! What kind of smokehouse runs out of these key ingredients? We were there before it got busy and I’m sure these products are put in the smoker at least 12 hours prior to serving. Not good enough.
Staff friendly but that is the only positive. Nothing ordered for pre booked Christmas meal, despite menu and deposit being sent in two weeks in advance. Most of the steaks ordered not cooked as requested. Desserts of poor quality. I would not recommend your restaurant.

Brilliant service. Food was amazing
The food, service and overall quality of the meal was excellent. Visited with my wife and nephew. We all had great meals (ribs and pulled pork hit the spot). After the mains, my nephew said he was full and could not eat another thing (he had cleared his plate). When offered a dessert he suddenly found more room and wolfed down a Sundae. Great meal, great place - will definitely be back.
Service was really slow, had made a booking but waited 5 minutes to be seated nobody came over to greet us for a while, food was great but service seemed a little rushed - I think they were severly understaffed so rectifying this could solve it! The food was great though and would like to be feted new cuterly after starter instead of them leaving the ones I used for my starter for my main!
We only had the 1 problem as group of 7, 1 of the main meals was forgotten but we did not have wait to long for them to bring it. It would not put me off returning or recommending you.
Food was really tasty and very genourous portions. Pulled pork and the Cajun fries were two of the highlights. 2 for 1 cocktails were a bonus and were very tasty. All the staff were very friendly and made it a really pleasant experience all round. Thanks!

Nice experience, went due to seeing early doors deal on-line. When arrived noticed deal in restaurant was different, mentioned it to waitress who checked with management & agreedto honor deal. So all good. Note to restaurant update your website deals.

I will not be returning as we waited far too long for our starters,which spoilt our evening
We ate in the restaurant as a family of 5 on Saturday 6th October. Arrived 6:30pm, left ya gone 9pm having had starters and mains (no dessert). Ordered cocktail on arrival, didn’t have ingredients so had to chose another drink. Ordered a Peroni and it was completely flat, barman changed without issue. Shown to table, ordered meals, starters came after a very long wait and restaurant wasn’t overly busy, all fine and enjoyable other than wait. Massive wait for mains, could see there was an issue as the main waitress went to pass and was pointing at our table. Called waitress over to be told they had cooked 4 of our 5 meals, and the other meal had been forgotten and furthermore they had ran out of it. Quickly made another meal of what was available rapidly, obviously not as per what we really wanted or had ordered. Booked as a birthday meal having received email offering bottle of Prosecco, had to ask for this made me feel cheap having to do so. Waitress knocked 50% off the food for the mistake, TBH it ruined our evening, not just the error but the massive waits and the way it was handled. I felt embarrassed as we left as nobody spoke to us, it felt like it was my fault the kitchen and front of house had failed so miserably. This is a shame as we ate here previously and had a great meal. I know feel like I would never go back or recommend this restaurant to friends or family.

We can as a party of 5 food as awful they quality of meat was below average. Been here loads of times in past and has been great! Sent all our meals back will not be returning

Fantastic as always! Visited Liverpool last year and ate with you guys. Had to rebook again for our visit again this time. Great food! No doubt see us again soon.
Lack of staff in kitchen meant meals took ages and long waits between courses. Front of house did as best they could. In fairness they we’re fighting fire it was a no win situation for them. Management need to up there game and ensure correct resources are available.
Amazing food and amazing service
the restaurant was empty when we arrived which should have been a warning sign. The service was by far the worst i have experienced. The waitress was rude and slow and made us feel like we were annoying her by being there. In fact all the staff seemed like they preferred to chat among themselves than deal with customers. The manager stood over us while we were still eating waiting for us to pay our bill and then snapped the cash from my friends hand as she walked up to pay. Some of the food was okay, but most of it was inedible. Not smokehouse quality. Do not waste any time or money going here.
