A stunning venue with beautiful views across the Stroud valley from atop the hill, and lovely location to have a festive afternoon tea. Easy to book and friendly staff made it a lovey experience. The afternoon tea itself was mostly good - tea, sandwiches and scones were very nice - however, the cakes were quite dry and some were hard, which was a little disappointing considering the price. If fresher cakes were included this would have been perfect.
A great experience and although it was the first time eating at Burleigh court, it will not be the last! The food was incredible and the service was next to none. Highly recommended!
Food is exceptional! staff cannot do enough for you! Superb location the room was beautiful and we will be back !!
Excellent as always
We thoroughly enjoyed our Halloween tea and were made very welcome. We plan to Come back again once Lockdown ends
Excellent food, service, atmosphere.
The Burleigh staff were terrific. The hotel was delightful, the room was great and bed very comfortable. The food was delicious and staff discrete and attentive.
A really beautiful dining room with a crackling open fire, we were on our own but that suits us fine!
Thoroughly enjoyed our Sunday lunch. Very prompt service. Food was extremely tasty and large portions. Great wine selection. Will definitely be back.
Excellent service with attentive staff, good food - I’m keen to explore the menu further than afternoon tea. Setting and atmosphere fabulous - a little Cotswold gem that was even more enjoyiable as it wasn’t too busy and felt exclusive which I guess is more difficult in the present climate. Felt very Covid safe.
The addition of a guitarist playing while we dined made this a memorable experience.
I went for afternoon tea with my family which included my two year old. The afternoon tea was gorgeous and nothing was too much trouble. Very family and child friendly. It wasn't crowded or busy and the covid measures put in place were great. Would highly recommend and would definitely visit again.
We had a lovely afternoon tea for a friend's special birthday. Lovely food and nothing was too much trouble. Will come again
It was our first visit and enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea in a very relaxed atmosphere with friendly, attentive service. We will definitely visit again
we had a 3 course lunch time meal, excellent service and food. Looking forward to returning another day
Lovely lunch. Thank you.
We visited during the Eat Out to Help Out scheme in August and had a lovely afternoon tea outdoors in the garden. The service and hospitality was warm and friendly and we will definitely be back for an overnight stay.
We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the restaurant. Super intimate atmosphere, lovely service and an imaginative and delicious menu. Thank you!

Disappointed a table wasn’t made up ready for us as we had booked. Sandwiches very average. Wait or got our order wrong bringing white bread instead if if granary. On a positive beautiful venue and friendly staff. However I would be reluctant to try you again which is a shame as the venue is beautiful.
Took my friend here for her 21st to stay the night and have afternoon tea. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful area. The view is perfect with the outdoor seating. Staff are so lovely but it did seem they were short staffed as they were all running around doing everything and so at times service was slow but not their fault. The afternoon tea was average and the lemon compote was sour and off, made me a bit ill but not bad other than that. Drinks were great and also good value for money. Due to the friendliness of staff, beautiful hotel atmosphere and location, Will definitely be returning!!!
Really lovely afternoon for my friends 50th birthday tea. Thank you
