Unfortunately you cancelled my booking not only did you not contact me to do this ,only today absolutely a disgrace and ask for feed back will not book any thing a gain
Very friendly, fantastic food and great service.
Hotel clean and comfortable service a little slow but food lovely!
Found your service and food really good, have booked to come again
Arrived at 2.58. Nobody about. Eventually someone came who said we would have to wait in the lounge until 1pm. Surely we could have sat at a table in the restaurant until things were ready. Starters a bit limited and unimaginative. Carvery excellent service- better than satisfactory. Coffee- in the lounge- poor
The food was satisfactory although I much preferred it when all 3 courses were buffet help yourself. I also felt that the old style of service was better value for money. The waitress service we received was excellent and being able to use the cookie card makes it better value for money.
We had a wonderful lunch on Christmas day, service was very good indeed and food superb.
Had a amazing meal Christmas Day the staff made it extra special the food was delicious and was cooked so well. Couldn’t fault anything. The children were entertained by seeing Santa overall it made my Christmas
excellent staff excellent meal
I visited with a friend for afternoon tea. Booking was difficult as the phone is rarely answered, then changing the booking was a nightmare for the same reason. Food was.....ok. Sandwiches ok. Scone mass produced and a bit stale, jam was awful, cheapest possible, just red jelly with no discernible fruit or taste. Cakes were ok. Service was good though.
The afternoon tea was really lovely. Nicely presented. The lady did forget the milk and we had to get more hot water as ours went cold quickly. But the ladies there were super helpful and speedy. Food was delicious. Cakes were amazing. Would love to come back and try the restaurant.
A very enjoyable experience and will definitely be visiting again thanks
