We had an excellent meal using a Groupon voucher. Gòod value for money. Nice ambiance. Will visit again.
Very nice choice of food. Nicely presented.excellent service and value for money.
Thank you for a lovely afternoon.
The standard of food at the Bridge Street Grill is always very high. The staff and service was excellent. The only thing I would say was that the courses arrived quite close together.
Lovely meal . Good service . A very enjoyable evening.
My Husbands Birthday the staff made us feel very welcome food was very good.
Very enjoyable afternoon tea. Thank you
Once we got chatting to staff they were really lovely and really wanted to assist us to get the best experience. Sandwiches and scones for afternoon tea were lovely but cakes were a bit dry (they tasted more like shop bought than fresh). Overall though a lovely afternoon
Good food and service
Fabulous service and evening meal, staff were fantastic.
Staff were not friendly. Not many dish choices. Music awful. Sauce tasted like bovril on duck dish.
Good food and very attentive staff.
Lovely place but Steaks that we had were all dry
Staff were really lovely and very attentive. Food was OK... We ordered two charcuterie platters and the first one arrived, which was ok, then 10 minutes later the second one arrived, which was twice as big as the first one! It's almost as though the chef had ran out of open packets of meat for the first one so they just shoved a few bits on a plate, but when the second one came it was how it should have been. The chicken was dry on the roast dinners and the potatoes were very overdone (and rock hard!) so we had to send them back. The staff were very apologetic and brought an abundance of potatoes after that so the group didn't go hungry! My main course was nice (I had the spinach tortellini). I did complain to the waiter as I was there for mum's birthday and was a little disappointed, and he took one of the charcuterie platters and a bottle of wine off the menu which was a nice gesture. We were there for the jazz event and it was very busy, so maybe the chefs were just a little overwhelmed. But the atmosphere was lovely and overall it was an enjoyable experience. I've been to this place quite a few times and it's generally quite good.
Good food in smart surrounding with super staff especially our waitress & the young man making cocktails. We will definitely be back.
Brilliant service, brilliant food. Cannot fault it at all! Will be going back!
Overall we had a lovely visit. The staff are friendly and the decor is beautiful. The food we were served was lovely, however when I booked (several weeks beforehand) I advised one of the diners is gluten and yeast free. I was told this wouldn't be a problem. When we arrived I was sure to mention it again just to be sure but staff didn't seem to react as if they were expecting a diner with allergies. Our waiter was very polite and asked us to confirm allergies again however when he returned with our food our allergy suffered had no bottom tier of her afternoon tea because they had not got any alternatives in for the bread. This was our only disappointment because we had warned them very far in advance but they had clearly not made a note of this. We later noticed that other tables had been served tea with their meal but our table had been forgotten. Again, a little disappointing but another waiter did bring us a glass of prosecco each to apologise. On the whole, a lovely establishment with great food just a little disappointing.
Lovely surroundings-great staff - go!!
Amazing service, all staff were extremely friendly. Lovely food.
I visited with my friend who was over from Canada. I thought i would treat her to afternnon tea and the Bridge Strreet Lounge & Grill. On arrival we were greeted, seated and treated like royalty. The food was so gorgeous we wanted to like our plates :) We could not have asked for a better service or time spent there - I really recommend it and will be visiting again soon.
Excellent venue, service and food.
