Beautifully presented meals. Fast and friendly service. Unfortunately pork belly was dry but the rest of the meal was ok
Travelled from Carterton to celebrate a birthday got to the venue with family and friends you were closed highly disappointed.
A lot of items were not available to order including a pasta dish which we found a bit strange. Haloumi also. Both of which was what we wanted to order. We were told it was because it was a Sunday- not really our problem if you are worried about food levels due to your opening hours.
We weren't impressed lastnight this is the second week we have been and the same waitress forgot some of our orders again and then got some of the order wrong. Kids were meant to dine free on wednesday and yes some of us ordered from the menu and not the special board but she still charged us for the kids
Excellent service thank you
Nice friendly staff , great food, though us oldies could probably just have an entrée, big servings!!
We use to love brewd stokes valley but the chef must have changed sometime this year. Our meals were disappointing, my partners pasta tasted like they just threw cheese into it way too cheesy and my burger was burnt the bun and bacon and it was like they just put a whole chicken breast in was far to thick. The best part was the drinks and kumera fries. We won't be back.
Lovely friendly staff. Great new kids menu. Different night specials. Lovely food with a new chief.
Brew'd Stokes Valley is well run, the food is good value with an excellent menu. We enjoyed our dinner and will definitely return
the fish was burnt the coleslaw was bitter also we ordered steak with mushroom sauce which was left off as the staff assumed that order was steak egg and chips no specials were told to us, food was very disappointing
Great local place. Will be back.
The new menu is a bit poor, not much of a selection. Our waitress forgot one of our meals, but acknowledged and apologised for this and got the meal to us fast. Our meals were delicious
Always a great place for a meal
Enjoyed the meal, good value for money, very nice. Service was great.
FOOD WAS AMAZING !!!! 🤩🤩
I found the service to be great, our waitress did an exceptional job so well done on that part. Unfortunately we found the food to be underwhelming average. The pork belly was dry and had no crackling. The chicken schnitzel was a little on the burnt side both in appearance and taste. The steak was well cooked and was great value for money. The mini hotdogs for a 4 year old were perfect. The atmosphere was okay although towards the end of our meal the other half of the restaurant/bar was rather roudy from too many beersies 🤷♀️
In General the food, was good except the meal my Grandson had which was the cheese burger and fries. The meat was very tough and lacked any flavour. I did not think this meal was value for money
Very disappointing visit to Brewd. On arrival were told we were seated at a table in the bar, with barstools, despite having 3 children, 1 in a highchair. Had 3 separate servers at our table within first 5 mins(despite level 1l2 rules). When sat in highchair, the 2 year old looked at waists, and was so low down. Then we were told that they were out of BOTH special options that we came for! So we chose not to stay and left. They need to be clear when booking that we may be put in bar area...this has never happened before and not practical for small children. This is not the first time they have run out of things, maybe a better ordering system. This is my local and I have had good experiences, so sad that first night out with family was spoilt!
Our waitress was great. The food was delicious & my cocktail was fantastic.
Great service, good food and friendly staff.
Always first-rate burgers and daunting desserts
Great place to socialise.
Usually a great experience and great food but was disappointed tonight when I ordered the crispy skin pork belly and buttery veg and got no crispy skin and no buttery veg. When.i questioned this, was told the chef was on holiday and covering chef just doing his own thing?! Not good enough. Chef should be able to follow a menu, and failing that FOH staff should inform their guests that meals might vary from menu.
Best EXPERIENCE ive had in a restaurant!!! i have a broken arm and i went with my three kids. the lady who served us was absolutely amazing! i will be going there alot more now. the food was superb! and value for money.
Always enjoy our visits to Brew'd Stokes Valley. My only very small suggestion would be a dinner menu update. It always seems to be a strange mix of meals.Even the Pizzas have unusual toppings. When Brew'd first opened, they had Bangers n Mash, Lamb Shanks, Steak n Kidney and othe similar meals. Those were removed. We will be back again.
