About BrewDog - DogHouse Merchant City
GLASGOW IS A CITY THAT CELEBRATES A NIGHT OUT LIKE NO OTHER. IT WAS THE OBVIOUS CHOICE FOR OUR FIRST DOGHOUSE; A NEW HUB FOR THE MERCHANT CITY.
DogHouse Merchant City is a food-focused venue that celebrates beer at every turn. It majors in insanely good old-time barbecue food and smoked meat, an idea that many people have attempted but few have really nailed.
Alongside the dining options DogHouse Merchant City has a fully-stocked BrewDog bar with 25 taps of the freshest craft beer from BrewDog and curated guest breweries. Once poured, you can enjoy these beers inside; or outside in the comfort of a bespoke outdoor seating area. And don't forget an awesome BottleDog for all your takeaway needs!
Amazing food, service and my 2 boys loved it so thank u and see u again Tommy
Only fault was they hadn’t moved our booking from seven to five at the front desk so they weren’t prepared for us
Had to keep our jackets on because it was cold. Also a small dog kept jumping up on the chair next to us looking for food. Not great when your not a dog fan and trying to eat. Food was amazing though and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Really nice service and great food - good value. Saitan burger fabulous for non-meat eaters but the lovely smokey pork and beef is delicious. The chilli sauce is outrageously hot but gives a fabulous chilli high 😀 and the other 2 sauces compliment the food. Beer selection fantastic and has something for everyone. Real buzz about the place
We had a Living Social voucher which was value for money. However your spirits are very expensive.
Came with a deal - £17 for a beer can chicken, 2 sides and 2 pints. Everything from food, drinks and service was great.
There was hardly any beers actually available. I don't understand why so many beers were unavailable - just get told that they were very busy last night - but I don't care about last night surely the point of Brewdog is to continually provide a good range of beers always, so if a beer finishes another is ready to go. As a regular customer and shareholder with a group of people who don't normally go this was particularly disappointing. The beers and food that we did have were very good.
Food was excellent, as always here.
Friendly staff very helpful and nice
Amazing Sunday lunch here. We were a wee bit late but the staff did so much to accommodate us. So laid back & relaxing atmosphere. We took our 18 month old with us & he loved loved loved it!! So much going on to keep him occupied. Thank you BrewDog xxx
All the staff in this brewdog are so welcoming and friendly and were really accommodating with the big group we had in (always making sure glasses and plates were cleared so there was room on the table).
One of my favourite Glasgow venues, for a laid back atmosphere, the occasional dog or two, cheerful and helpful staff and great beers with a constantly changing range.
service was quite poor, the staff seemed to be too interested in other things than their customers. No follow up to see if we wanted anything, or even to check if we wanted more drinks. Had to get up mid meal and order from the bar. Not a patch on our first visit.
We loved it Chicken was delicious as was the rest of the food. Great value for money
Great service, food and beers.
We had a large booking for my husband's 40th and everything was brilliant. The staff could not have been more helpful and even found us more seats when more people arrived than we had planned. Would definitely recommend.
Perfect. Brewdogs should have more cider, just a personal opinion on all venues.
Good food and lovely staff
Great food, too many great (old and new) beers on the wish list to cover in one visit. 3 out of the 4 of us are EFPs and we all agreed we need to come more often!
Spot on. Table was reserved and was cleared and ready for us by staff in less than a min. Served at bar within 30s, which for a busy Friday night is a nice change from usual bars/pubs.
Drink service a little slow but food was delicious. Cheers.
Great staff, great food, terrible music, average guest list.
Visited for the first time with some friends and had a great time, the staff are really friendly and knowledgeable, and the food was great. Could maybe do with a few less baldy old guys but you are to be congratulated on your egalitarian door policy ;-)
Food was magic and drinks are top notch as always.
