About Brat X Climpson's Arch
Brat’s wood fired summer series at Climpson’s Arch.
We had a great time but I prefer your Redchurch St restaurant - both menu and ambiance- can’t wait to go back
fucking great, thank you.
We got late in the restaurant and felt very sorry about that. But the waitress don't have to set the plate so loudly to show their attitude and passed by our chair without any apologies. Generally the food was great and the ambient was lovely
Will be back as soon as it’s open again! Sirloin was best ever.
Love Brat and staff were super friendly and attentive, delicious food and fantastic venue and service.
Amazing food but be aware the portions are very big so a main can do for two for instance and our waitress pushed us to order too much.
Excellent, loved everything. Velvet crab dish had wonderful sauce Cheesecake very light, gorgeous Breads very tasty
Absolutely outstanding. Incredible setting, staff and food
Delicious food and a great atmosphere, even in pandemic conditions! Good COVID safety in place - tables well spaced, no menus given out and all staff in masks. Wild mushrooms with barley was a favourite and definitely leave space for the burnt cheesecake. Looking forward to returning after lockdown part 2 is over.
Love this place. Will def be back after lockdown 2.0
My favourite restaurant in London.
Absolutely delighted. Great food and lovely service.
Excellent food - fish cooked to perfection and burnt aubergine was delicious. Wine was OK - the advice given was a little off, but not so much that it affected the meal.
Not a very COVID safe space - tables v crowded and not an “outdoor” place really if all the plastic covers are pulled down on the sides. Also ventilation is dreadful so be careful with bringing children the place is unbelievably smokey. Food and drink otherwise excellent as you would expect from BRAT! Mutton fantastic as was the aubergine and ... of course ... the cheesecake.
Fun vibe, great flame whipped dishes and tasty wines that don’t break the bank.
A very yummy and very different brunch. Amazing.
I came in July for a birthday treat and this time was fairly disappointing in comparison. The first meal, perfect, no faults, delicious and the “ best meal of summer “ as we called it. Unfortunately brunch was just a bit disappointing. The brunch looked different to that advertised on Instagram and as made at that real spot. The lardo was so chewy it ruined the famous bread dish and the bread - usually a light pillow of deliciousness seemed heavy and stodgy. It seemed expensive for a place that was covered in puddles and getting wet through the roof during service. The food and space just not the same 5* dining experience as you get at Shoreditch and that was a shame.
Congratulations to the Brat X Climpson's team on the launch of your weekend brunch! A truly wonderful experience! X
Such a treat. We were made to feel so welcome and such attention to detail had been made to make the environment feel cosy and warm. Yummy food and cocktails We have already booked again for next week.
Loved the place and meal, superb food and great wine list. So Glad to come here on my Birthday in these crazy times Can't wait to come back :)
A joyful venue and delicious in every way. Nice seats too! 🐑
Honestly, one of my favourite meals this year. If not my favourite.
