The stunning Brancott Estate Cellar Door and Restaurant is located on an elevated position overlooking the original Brancott Vineyard. The location highlights the beauty of the iconic Marlborough landscape, and celebrates the home of the original Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc plantings - a varietal that has gone on to become the world’s favourite New Zealand wine style.
Our restaurant specialising in fresh regional produce, unique wine tastings and tours, an opportunity to see the endangered New Zealand Falcon and premium hosting facilities, any visit to Marlborough should include a stop at the Brancott Estate Cellar Door and Restaurant
Andrei was great. Thank you. We had a lovely wedding anniversary celebration!
beautiful view and beautiful food. It's my second visit. I will go visiting again
Stunning view, Stunning friendliness, Stunning meal, fantastic wines!
Excellent in all ways
Fantastic food. We had a brilliant time. Ashlee is a fabulous host. Please tell her. Brenda and Kristan
Great restaurant, epic views and good kiwi customer service!
Thank you for such a delicious lunch. We realy enjoyed it and we will be back soon. Merry christmas and a Happy new year to all members of your team. Gus&Ine
We enjoyed the experience at Brancott. The food was lovely. I had the pork belly that was delicious, the vegetables, parsnip mash and sauces all worked perfectly together. Pam had the orange roughy which she pronounced "lovely", this dish also had plenty of vegetables. Sharron had the compressed tomato with basil oil and stracciata. This was an interesting dish and tasted as good as it looked. She also had the macadamia cake for dessert. This was a lovely dish with many interesting flavours. Our waiter was a lovely young woman and she was very knowledgeable and helpful.
On the whole: superb. The food is outstanding, but it would be great if we could review what we ordered once the meal arrived. We had to ask the waitress to remind us what we were eating (i.e. each component of the dish). She didn’t always know all of the components. Another improvement would be to have come back to us after dessert for coffee orders; we had to ‘flag down’ a waitress.
As always a great lunch with beautiful food and attentive service. We always enjoy our visits to Brancott.
Lovely staff, beautiful setting and delicious food and wine. Thank you for a lovely lunch
Quality and value of the food and beverage let down sl. by the service. It is just simple stuff, easily fixed by some (better??) staff training.
Great architecture and view
Portion size too small for price. Blonde wait staff was great, dark haired wait staff offered us wine when we obviously already had some and abrupt, not really friendly like other staff. We have many times and this time not good value for money and disappointing. Suggestion: portion size increase and a craft beer option would be beneficial.
Très beaux et bons plats accompagnés de très bons vins, dans un cadre idyllique, avec un service chaleureux. Et en plus, le soleil!!!
We did not mention when ordering the Fish of the Day menu that some of us did not eat pork (there was chorizo in the fish dish) but Sophie, our waitress today was very helpful and kind to check with the chef who replaced the potato dish with fresh salad filled to the brim. We appreciate this very much.
Thank you for a brilliant lunch stop for my group of Canadians today. They have some wonderful memories to take home from their time spent at Brancott today.
First visit and loved it amazing food spectacular views discreet service, great wine very happy!
Meals very nice but a bit small, mash potatoes or chips with the steak would fill the hole
As good a lunch as we’ve had in a log time. Quality of food, wine and service superb!
I took a small team out for lunch as a reward from work and we had a great time at the restaurant - the view is amazing. The food was great and the wine was too - and we were really happy with the price. Will definitely be back :)
This was the third or fourth time I have brought a large group (20 people this tiime), to Brancott Estate restaurant, Good impressions start with Steve, who does the pickups from the carpark and brings you up to the restaurant on a ridge above the Brancott vineyard. As usual, the food, stunning views and atmosphere are outstanding in Marlborough. Also very impressed with the flexibility of the restaurant manager Sophie and tasting staff, who were very patient in accommodating some latecomers to our meal. The wine range has something for everyone, and the food is excellent. We will be back again!
We came last year and had a lovely time we just had to come back again this year on our visit to wine country. Made a booking this time. Had a lot to live up to after last year but it didn't disappoint - on any level, service, food and tasting. More goodies to take home.... thanks to everyone for a lovely afternoon.
The feedback from our group was excellent in all aspects except some beer available on the menu would of been appreciated and cold wine as the chardonnay come non chilled. The location was stunning and service plus food we could not fault so thanks very much
Nice relaxing atmosphere, waitress was lovely could have chatted to her for hours.
