About Brancott Estate Restaurant
The stunning Brancott Estate Cellar Door and Restaurant is located on an elevated position overlooking the original Brancott Vineyard. The location highlights the beauty of the iconic Marlborough landscape, and celebrates the home of the original Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc plantings - a varietal that has gone on to become the world’s favourite New Zealand wine style.
Our restaurant specialising in fresh regional produce, unique wine tastings and tours, an opportunity to see the endangered New Zealand Falcon and premium hosting facilities, any visit to Marlborough should include a stop at the Brancott Estate Cellar Door and Restaurant
Très beaux et bons plats accompagnés de très bons vins, dans un cadre idyllique, avec un service chaleureux. Et en plus, le soleil!!!
We did not mention when ordering the Fish of the Day menu that some of us did not eat pork (there was chorizo in the fish dish) but Sophie, our waitress today was very helpful and kind to check with the chef who replaced the potato dish with fresh salad filled to the brim. We appreciate this very much.
Thank you for a brilliant lunch stop for my group of Canadians today. They have some wonderful memories to take home from their time spent at Brancott today.
First visit and loved it amazing food spectacular views discreet service, great wine very happy!
Meals very nice but a bit small, mash potatoes or chips with the steak would fill the hole
As good a lunch as we’ve had in a log time. Quality of food, wine and service superb!
I took a small team out for lunch as a reward from work and we had a great time at the restaurant - the view is amazing. The food was great and the wine was too - and we were really happy with the price. Will definitely be back :)
This was the third or fourth time I have brought a large group (20 people this tiime), to Brancott Estate restaurant, Good impressions start with Steve, who does the pickups from the carpark and brings you up to the restaurant on a ridge above the Brancott vineyard. As usual, the food, stunning views and atmosphere are outstanding in Marlborough. Also very impressed with the flexibility of the restaurant manager Sophie and tasting staff, who were very patient in accommodating some latecomers to our meal. The wine range has something for everyone, and the food is excellent. We will be back again!
We came last year and had a lovely time we just had to come back again this year on our visit to wine country. Made a booking this time. Had a lot to live up to after last year but it didn't disappoint - on any level, service, food and tasting. More goodies to take home.... thanks to everyone for a lovely afternoon.
The feedback from our group was excellent in all aspects except some beer available on the menu would of been appreciated and cold wine as the chardonnay come non chilled. The location was stunning and service plus food we could not fault so thanks very much
Nice relaxing atmosphere, waitress was lovely could have chatted to her for hours.

My husband and I had lunch at Brancott Estate today for my birthday and what a first class experience it was! The staff were very friendly, the views were absolutely breathtaking and the food was phenomenal. Thank you for such a lovely lunch and overall experience.
Great atmosphere,friendly helpful staff
A lovely relaxing lunch and the view is exceptional.
Service was excellent. From Anne wjo drove us up the hill to Ashlee who looked after our table. So relaxed we forgot to leave.
We were a group of four and had a wonderful lunch at Brancott. The service right from the shuttle ride to the tasting room was welcoming and friendly. Karen at the tasting room was very knowledgable and gave us amazing service. Our meals were beautifully presented and equally as tasty. Thanks to you all.A lovely experience with stunning views
Amazing service and the food was delicious will definitely be back!
Nice at attentive service and food delicious. Combined with a stunning view a perfect place for lunch.
A lovely meal. Everything up to the usual standards.
We were charged for wine tasting even though we had a 3 course meal and felt this was a bit steep. We had to ask for the wine list when ordering drinks with our meal. Food was nice but overpriced for the portion sizes. Our young waitress was pleasant but others had stern and uninviting faces. Was not offered coffee or tea at the end of our meal.
Amazing view which was easily matched by the food, wine and service.
Good and wine were enjoyable. Appreciated the shuttle up to the restaurant. Service was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. View was, of course, fantastic.
Lovely food, great service, very enjoyable
