About BOYDS CAFÉ
Our mission is to bring fresh and different dishes to Ballymoney with the help of local suppliers, to create a space for people to meet and socialise in an open and airy place with great service.
We are proud to support our local businesses where possible, such as the great team at McLester’s Butchers on Victoria St and will continue to support local produce where possible.
Ballymoney is a great town with great people and we look forward to bringing a real alternative to this small town!
I enjoyed our evening and food was amazing. Mediterranean tart for starter was immense. My only negative was that the restaurant itself felt quite cold and there wasn’t much atmosphere. It was quite quiet and due the how close the other diners are to you I could actually hear all of their conversation. ‘‘Twas a bit awkward. Would go back again though- the food was unreal amazing.
I love BOYDS. Great food in Ballymoney
Lovely staff, great food & relaxed ambience. Perfect night out
very good dining on Friday evening at Boyds with my sister celebrating her birthday. The food was class, service excellent and we will be back and also will recommend it to friends and family...thanks to all the staff there
Food was delicious, hot and tasty. Lots of gluten free options! Was a lovely evening! Thanks. All very reasonably priced.
Fantastic meal, all three courses were exceptional and service was brilliant. Great to have somewhere doing something different and not the same food like every other restaurant in town. Will be back!
Super quality food, tasty & the best steak I’ve had in ages at a great price with the added bonus of BYOB. Boyds is usually a cafe open through the day, hopefully this concept of Friday evening bistro nights will take off in Ballymoney & we’ll support their attempts to bring life to the town Centre at night. Unfortunately there were only 3 couples dining and as it’s a rather bare and echoey room the atmosphere wasn’t great; could be a good spot to go as a crowd & bring your own atmosphere.
