Food was subpar considering the price, not many options to choose from
Was looking forward to a lovely evening, which initially it was going to be far from it. There were children racing around screaming and throwing toys around, basically using it as a playground whilst the parents sat at the table ignoring the fact that their offspring were annoying other guests. Whilst it is a family restaurant, parents should be supervising their children, I have dined in some lovely restaurants and have no issue with children dining, so long as they behave. The staff in the restaurant made no attempt to stop the children or speaking to the parents. It was not until I complained that any attempt was made to stop the incessant actions of the children. I compliment the Supervisor on how she handled the situation with us by offering us alternative seating, which wasn’t required at the parents took their children and left the restaurant, the silence was deafening and we had a lovely evening. On top of the noise, a second issue arose I had in fact only booked a table here based on the fact that the hotels website stated A-La-Carte Dinner: 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m, but no there was a buffet, having suffered a disappointing prior visit in 2019 with the buffet and lack of service. One of my party has allergies to some foodstuffs and asked the wait staff if there were any of these in the hot food, she was told that the chef would come out as they did not know, after a wait of 20 minutes and no chef she had cold meat and salad. The wait staff were less than professional and had no knowledge of what they were serving, I was offered a crissini stick on which to eat my cheese on and told we don’t serve crackers here. As an Accor platinum member who has always had memorable and fantastic experiences at other Accor properties which have included Novotel hotels, this particular property has always left me with negative experiences. Will not be going back.

we made a booking but then government took over and said they were closed and have to have quarantine patrons in no tell after I made a successful internet booking so was not impressed speaking down that said Adam and they said oh you sound like
Food was great. Very attentive staff without being intrusive. Limited menu due to Covid but enough choices for everyone.
It was shut. Sent across road to Pullman. Seafood was on the menu not a fan of seafood. Went elsewhere
Staff went above and beyond to help me fix my shoe which broke before going to a Tool concert (thanks again!!!). Staff were very friendly and efficient. Food was great, priced accordingly. Definitely going there to dine next time we see a show!
Two of the four mains were a disaster - lamb shanks both warm on the outside cold and inedible on the inside. Were told it would take 30 minutes to re present then told they had run out and the waitress said they had had a previous complaint with the same problem - other two meals were fine the front of house staff were fine only charging for 2 meals and organising complimentary breakfasts for 2 the following morning - staff were very polite and understanding but badly let down by back of house kitchen staff......
Service was slow and steak as tough. Did not feel like a valued customer at all. More like maccas dining
Second time we have dined here and the drinks service has been disappointing. First time they ran out of glasses and had to always catch wait staff eye to get served. On this occasion still had to catch wait staff eye to get a drink and or wine list. Tried to use self serve coffee machine (at about 6:15pm) but it's selection screen only had random numbers on it making it unusable. Called staff and they said it was empty and would take some time to be usable. The staff member (young girl in black coat) said to sit down and she would bring a coffee from the bar to me. I waited 10mins and was about to leave when the coffee arrived. But it was nice coffee.
Breakfast was lovely, however dinner was very average and there were not enough staff to be able to cope with the amount of people dining. Some staff were very under trained and did not know about some of the things that were available and had to constantly ask others.
Really great. There was a bit of a mix up with our booking in regards to the buffet but the staff sorted it out for us and were very helpful. The service was great!

We were attending a show at Quodos Arena and this was the perfect venue for dinner before the show. Very good food on the buffet and the service was excellent.
Cant reveiw as we couldnt find you, tried to ring several times no-one answered. So therefore did not attend.
We've been for Christmas lunch the past three years and thoroughly enjoy the experience. This year, Adam Jacks assisted with the planning as we were combining a few families. He was very accommodating and ensured that we had an outstanding experience. I had mentioned that it was the birthday of one of the party and he arranged for a cake to be presented. It was an exceptional cake, appreciated and added to what was already a great day. The food and beverages were very good quality and were constantly replenished. The staff were exceptional. What a brilliant way to spend Christmas day with the family. Normally I host Christmas at my house each year however this time my wife and I thought we would outsource Christmas lunch to the Novotel Homebush. The whole experience was fantastic! A beautiful buffet with table service for drinks and removal of used plates. The staff were very attentive and the food was on point. An amazing selection of seafood, meats, salads, vegetables and festive deserts. Even Santa made an appearance! We will definitely do this again as it meant more time with family rather than rushing around in my own kitchen. Thanks again for a great Christmas day!
Lovely Christmas Day Lunch venue. Great, fresh food and fabulous for families with a play area and amazing desert bar.
I think there should be more variety with the main dishes. We found there were more variety of desserts than mains on the buffet. It was otherwise great tasting food

My wife and I enjoyed the experience on a very busy night before a show. Restaurant was very crowded with high turnover. Meal was great quality and value and we would eat here again in the future.

The chef was an excellent help with identifying a wide selection of gluten free dishes from the buffet. He was knowledgable and happy to help us with our dietary requirements. And there were LOTS of options.
