My partner and I enjoyed our experience a Botswana, the drinks were great, food exceeded my expectations and the service was wonderful. Will recommend to friends and family!
Having to send back my wife's steak when it was served well done rather than medium rare as ordered, spoilt our meal which was in celebration of our 40th wedding Anniversary. A disappointing experience.
A jewel of a restaurant serving outstanding food in a lovely relaxed setting by such hospitable staff! Thanks to Adelle, Eduardo, and the very helpful sommalier!!
A special evening spent with friends. Fabulous food, service and atmosphere.
Dinning area was not well ventilated. Service was very good in spite of it being very busy. Eduardo was very helpful and pleasant.
Excellent meal from start to finish. Would recommend to anyone without hesitation!
My meal at botswana butchery was an amazing experience. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, the views from our table were stunning. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Queenstown.
We had an amazing meal at Botswana butchery. Food was so tasty and the service was excellent. We will definitely be returning.
Loved the venison tartare and the calamari starters, and were very lucky to score the best seat in the house with a lakeside view. Lovely location. The mains were lamb loin and the rabbit confit/pie. They were both solid dishes but did not blow us away, could be improved with more creativity given the price. One of the pieces of lamb was a little over cooked, but the other was perfect. The Gin Rosemary Grapefruit cocktail was a 10/10. Overall a really great spot, but a little pricey.
Loved the variety of food. There were some excellent dishes to choose from, Even the side dishes had lots of wonderful flavours. The venue is special and we loved the door handles... The only thing I’d improve is the endless wine glass topping up which just felt like being rushed into another bottle and is quite intrusive.
We just keep coming back! The slow cooked lamb is amazing and was a big hit with our guests from Melbourne
Nice delicate food. Bread Plate is great!
Great food, great service - will definitely be recommending to anyone I know heading to Queenstown.
Tables too close together and main was disappointing
Unbelievable! Certainly lives up to its reputation. The food. The service. The location. All just so amazing. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We’ll be back :)
The asparagus soup was the best soup I've ever had, I think it should be on the menu permanently.
Amazing food, great service and beautiful wines to pair with the food.
Our waitress ?Ali was very lovely, great chat and very helpful in questions regarding dining and advice for our Queenstown visit.
