About Bosco Clifton Village
We took inspiration from restaurants in New York and San Francisco where Neapolitan style pizza was taking off thanks to the guys at Franny’s, Roberta’s and Una Neapolitana.
We quickly got to work and began sourcing the best produce we could find. We refined our dough recipe and eventually we created our own Neapolitan style pizza.
Once we were happy with our pizza we started to write our menu but soon found we just couldn’t leave out the other amazing dishes we had tasted on our travels. So in the end we created a menu full of fresh homemade Italian dishes and what began as a little neighbourhood pizzeria became something slightly more, something more than just pizza.
Food was amazing, as was atmosphere and service! Really enjoyed it.
Couldn't read the small grey print on the menu in the dim lighting
we had a really great evening - fabulous food, great atmosphere and good friendly service - will definitely be back when next in bristol - thank you- Iain
Great restaurant will definitely return soon
Just an all around amazing night out
Lovely food and service. I also went to the Whiteladies restaurant on Saturday night and the atmosphere was great, I would highly recommend!!
Best pizza restaurant in Bristol, the staff was superb and really friendly, food was really nice quick service with lots of options on the main menu
Great food. Great service. Great Customer.
Food is stunning, super fresh & delicious. Even the childrens food is great. The tiramisu is unbelievable! Will keep coming back.
Pizza bases were exceptionally soggy and not enjoyable and the crust was burnt. The pizza with the pumpkin misrepresents the pumpkin topping as we were expecting chargrilled chunks but received a type of purée as a base which just added to the sogginess. Our son’s pizza came out after ours despite being put through with the drinks order first. To their credit, the management took the pizza off the bill.
It had a good buzz but it was crowded and noisy in the back room. Was very put off by all the fruit flies all over the walls and landing on people. That’s why I left a poor tip. Food was good
Had another great meal at Bosco...third visit and not been disappointed by food yet. Authentic food made with quality ingredients. Yummy !
Emma is incredible this and every time we visit. She remembers our allergies, preferred drinks and favourite things to eat. But she does so in such a relaxed and welcoming way. Service as good as this is rare to find these days. She is such an asset to your team.
Tasty pizza, value for money and great atmosphere
Great service, amazing food. Little cosy for my liking but it was a Saturday night
Fantastic food, venue, atmosphere and service. A great way to spend an afternoon celebrating a birthday.
Arancini is amazing, a must have if you go to Bosco and the restaurant hasa very nice vibe :)
Best pizza I've eaten in a long time.
We had a great lunch, with really delicious food at decent prices and the service was exceptional. Well done and thank you
Lovely food and service with a smile. The menu has some interesting and authentic choices with unusual, and excellent non-tomato-based pizzas.
My 1st visit and will def be back! It has a real charm about the place and the pizza was amazing!
