The main dining areas at The Heritage are Blake's, open 7 days a week and Seven open daily with food served up to 9pm each day, and The Galleria where Afternoon Tea is served daily.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, we received 5 star treatment. I couldn’t fault them in anyway. The food was ok, there wasn’t anything wrong with the way it was cooked, it just wasn’t to my taste. The continental breakfast was lovely.
Dinner and breakfast were both excellent and the staff were so helpful and attentive. Completely different experience in the bar, very poor service and staff didn't seem to have any training - were all over the place. Third time this year to the hotel and alwsys excellent in the restaurant and the spa, but all 3 times the bar really left the hotel experience down overall
Resturant at their level customers would expect if they order still water and Prosecco to be poured in the glasses provided and not just dumped in tables. We do understand it’s COVID time but at least we would expect basic service for the table

We are just back from a stay and food was really good although to pay E17 for the option of a cheese selection for one is outrageous...E34 for two??? It was so disappointing not to have wifi in our room particularly during Covid when we are trying to live in our bubble and no television until it was brought to the attention of the General Manager on our last evening. He was wonderful and upfront. Staff are so friendly but staff should be trained to be honest from the outset with their clients when there is a problem of this nature otherwise it is irritating and annoying if one is led to believe that it is being sorted during a stay when in fact it won't be a 'quick fix'. Get back or leave a message when a client raises an issue! In spite of this the hotel are handling the Covid-19 pandemic very well and the hotel is in a beautiful setting.
A perfect stay in a very safe virus free environment. Wonderful staff and super meals. Breakfast is a real treat.
Great staff who are well trained in customer service. Wonderful food with quick service on hot plates . Breakfast is a real 5 star treat. We will be back to an hotel which is well briefed on virus protocol to make the stay comfortable and safe. The Chinese chap on the front door is a lovely guy who gives a great welcome with a smile. Only small negative is we could not get any reply from any of the customer service phone extensions such as : reception, room service, concierge etc.,
Daniel served us for breakfast and he was brilliant! Another lovely girl served us yesterday morning. Aoife served us for dinner on Wednesday 16/09 and she couldn’t do enough for us!! All the heritage staff go above and beyond! Keep doing what you are doing!! Food is amazing quality and the cocktails! We have already rebooked for October with friends!
A 3 tiered plate with assorted fruits, muesli with a twist, mango smoothie, breads, jams etc was placed on the table. I like my coffee strong and the 2 americanos I had didn't disappoint. We ordered full Irish breakfast which was served to the table. It was cooked to perfection. Great menu selection. Staff very friendly. Hyiene excellent
The staff were all so lovely both at dinner and during breakfast. Couldn’t have been a nicer experience and they really made us feel comfortable asking for anything we needed
Excellent friendly and attentive service, with beautiful food although menu is somewhat limited there is something for everyone. Thoroughly enjoyed would return again!
