Loved this small neighborhood bistro! The atmosphere is warm because the service is so friendly. The decor is minimalist not fancy at all. The food was yummy and plentiful. I liked the fixed price menu as there were so many choices. A lovely evening! Thank you!
Always a pleasure food is delicious
Another excellent meal.Sunday roast delicious.Great value.
Fantastic food and a lovely atmosphere.
The service was excellent, the food was really good, and we love the intimate cosy feel of the restaurant!
Heard great reviews about BSB many moons ago but only got around to going this year in August, since then have been back and have booked for Christmas Day dinner. Can’t wait! Delicious food and lovely staff! What’s not to love! :)
Amazing as always
Fantastic food!!!! Great fixed menu at great price!!!
This place is a wee hidden gem. We come here on family special occasions and in between for a nice night out. The food is the best and presented well. The staff are great and very friendly and professional. I do recommend the bistro to everyone I know and meet. Love this place.
Cosy atmosphere, tasty food and very good service. Real value for your money, and won't be hungry when leaving..
Excellent service, delicious food and great value for money. Definitely recommend.
We returned to BSB a few months after going for the first time, and the food, drink, atmosphere and staff were as fantastic as last time! Amazing quality food & drink at unbelievable prices - 2 large courses for less than £16 each! - and lovely, welcoming staff. We will be going back again soon!
Another first class meal with friendly staff, great choice of menu. The place to visit in Glasgow
Had been wanting to try here for ages and I’m sad to say i was very disappointed. My lentil soup didn’t have any lentils just raw veg in water ( think it was just made and not cooked yet) Changed it to haggis Bon Bon with Rossiti, Bon Bon were soggy and Rossiti wasn’t crispy and had raw grated potatoe inside. Fish & mash for main was tasty and dessert was delicious. Staff were pleasant. This is my honest opinion and don’t think I would return.
Probably the best Cullen Skink I have ever tasted
Another great night.Pleasant and very professional waiting staff.
Went here with my husband. The experience was really good. Great food and atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!
Nicely decorated, well lit space, cute ambiance! The staff were superb with any questions we had and the food was wonderful! Had the smoked venison appetizer and the haggis neeps and tatties with a wonderful light and creamy sauce on the side (i think it was a whisky sauce and it tasted a bit like honey). My friend had the smoked salmon appetizer and roasted pork belly (YUM). Couldn't be happier!
As always, great food and great atmosphere, this is why everyone I know who comes here, loves it.
Lovely meal and great staff.
Fabulous food. Service really efficient and friendly. Will be back!
Great tasting food served by terrific staff who would ensure your evening went smoothly. The food was excellent especially the shin of beefwhich has to be the best beef dish I’ve tried. If you do go then do not miss out on the deserts as they are fantastic and with such a variety of choices anyone would be happy.
Quality of food is second to none, decent enough portions but high end pricing for bottled beers
Fabulous wee place, family still raving about it, everything was perfect
