About Bistro Pierre
Authentic French restaurants are few and far between these days but Bistro Pierre delivers in true Gallic style. You’ll find this vibrant, inner-city eaterie in the heart of Liverpool’s Cavern Quarter near the world famous Mathew Street, in an old warehouse building which with its wooden floors and exposed brickwork has readily transformed itself into a rustic French bistro. Service is relaxed, warm and friendly.
Sadly underwhelmed. We have never visited before and are unlikely to visit again. Although staff were pleasant and attentive the food was far below the quality we would have expected!! We couldn't taste any garlic on the garlic bread and everything else we had was quite disappointing too!
We have been eating at Bistro Pierre for many years. Have never had a bad meal or service. Outstanding value for money and always a really good choice on the menu.
Love the place.. Always bring visitors here for a meal , and they are always impressed. Good food, good service and good value for money.
I thought the service was slow, was rushed to order within 2 mins of being there, the food wasn’t the best, order came out wrong, didn't eat much of it, the waiter who served us was a young boy he was lovely and the only thing I could compliment about the visit. did not live up to the standards of the Stockton Heath bistrot or the Altrincham one. Was disappointed with my visit there and should of just went to the local one
Fantastic meal as usual.
Made very welcome as always. Good choice of food.
Great restaurant with great food and professional personable staff.
Always a warm ambience. Good food and wine. Just the right time between courses. Toilet area could do with an upgrade to be honest but wouldn’t stop me returning. Always a pleasure.
Met up with friends and family. Had really relaxing time.
Delicious food and very good value.
Enjoyable lunchtime meeting up with friends. Excellent food & relaxing atmosphere.
Great value, lovely food good choices. Friendly staff. Comfortable atmosphere for couples or groups. We always visit when in Liverpool. Pre theatre particularly good value.
Had to return my steak which was delivered cold but was soon rectified. Veg was delicious. Had actually ordered a more expensive sauvignon but accepted the cheaper. Overall a pleasant meal
I visit every time I have a day out in Liverpool and the food and service is always excellent
When visiting Liverpool my friends and myself always book here . Lovely in everyvway
The food was great and the meal deal was fantastic value. Our only criticism is how noisy it was. Too tables of 6 in our area were very loud which made it difficult to hear each other speak.
Extremely noisy diners spoilt our evening, but there's not a great deal you can do about it.Everything else was very good as usual and we will keep coming back.
Not visited for a few years as we live in Spain, but it was as good as ever before.
Unfortunately left my glasses and a little disappointed they wouldn’t wait 10 mins after closing for me to pick them up. Had to travel back 30 miles next day. My fault I know!
Lovely food and staff
Lovely restaurant, pleasant decor, good environment. Good choice of menu and wine, food well prepared and delicious. Staff are friendly and efficient, good service. We have fined there many times and will do again.
Visited the Bistro restaurants for a number of years, food and atmosphere still excellent. Initial service was good, but left for too long when ready for the bill, and when trying to pay. Also had to resolve an over charge for a set meal we never had.
Great location for a lazy Saturday lunch
Nice food. Friendly staff.
We had the Wine and Dine menu, very well cooked and presented food with very efficient pleasant staff and the wine was a bonus, will use again when in Liverpool.
