Excellent. Beautiful food, warm and welcoming atmosphere and friendly efficient service, for a good price! Happy days
Great service again, lovely food and drinks and good value too. Liverpool's Bistro's take some beatinge
Food, service, ambience - all perfect. Thank you
We always ate at the Bistro's very frequently and have noticed small changes (no bread baskets, smaller amounts of veg., ) which effects our decision to book at other venues However, the quality of food has remained very good. Staff are superb, friendly and very helpful regarding food allergies. Thank you.
Lovely meal to celebrate New year eve, see you in 2020
After eating here and saw the waiter take back a customer soup as it had a hair in it ...saw the chef pick out the hair with his fingers, waiter take back and give the custom, I e-mailed when home ( still no reply). I also spoke to 1 of the mangers ... she wasn't bothered, it made things worse when she told me the waiter that took soup back was the other manager! That evening I was sick and upset stomach. Not happy No reply as yet still waiting!!!
Staff very friendly & helpfull
We had an excellent meal. It was such a lovely atmosphere for our Christmas get-together that we will be back again soon.
Nice clean good service.I love my steak but not as nice without Peppercorn Sauce,be much better if you had that.
I have always loved coming before a concert, but Tuesday you were very under staffed, and I don’t think I’ll be coming back, I’ve recommended lots of friends but will not any more
Service was excellent and friendly. Also food was excellent.
Very helpful staff, food was served promptly and was a lovely Christmas Menu.
We didn't end up dining in the end as the menu offers were strange for a Sunday evening. A full bottle of wine with your meal offer is bizarre for a Sunday. I usually will eat from the pre theatre menu but this wasn't available, due to not wanting to consume an entire bottle of wine on a Sunday we decided that just ordering from the menu and the prices of some of the mains being £22 was not for us. You need better variations of offers on. We ended up eating round the corner.
Lovely lunch, great location atmosphere and service.
Bistro Franc is our go to restaurant but our last visit was really disappointing. The Xmas menu was awful.vegetarian option as not good. Turkey dinner was inedible & pesto chicken was mostly pasta. The sweets were disappointing too.
Once again fabulous food in fantastic surroundings served by friendly accommodating staff as Mr Schwarzenegger said “I’ll be back”
Food great. Changed booking a few times before final numbers confirmed & was not a problem at all for the restaurant ,accommodated changes without any fuss at all, great service.
Having visited before, I was very disappointed this time, there was at least 4 items not available on the menu. I felt the service was not very good and overall it was expensive and would not recommend the bistros or return myself.
Excellent service and lovely food
You can always rely on Bistro Franc for excellent food, friendly staff and enjoyable surroundings
Really enjoyed the food and the service was really good.
Not as good as usual, the service was not as attentive as usual (had to ask for bread for the table) and the menu was quite limited in comparison to other visits. Will still visit again.
We had a very enjoyable pre theatre 2 course meal. Plenty of choice. Young lady serving us was lovely. Even though staff was busy they were all very friendly. Would highly recommend.
Good food, good value, great service. Thankyou!
Amazing food and service!
