About Bistro Franc
The heart of Paris in the centre of Liverpool. Bistro Franc features daily stylish menus you will talk about and trust. Part of the Bistro Qui? family of restaurants.
The food quality was excellent and the quantity improved from the previous Bistro Franc. A little quiet as is to be expected with the current situation. Staff very good and the whole experience was great. Lets hope for better times ahead
We love bistro Franc great service and food unfortunately there are so many great restaurants in Liverpool. But we will always return and recommend to others. Thanks for a lovely afternoon we are celebrating our silver wedding and even missed the match !
Lovely staff & great meal - perfectly cooked steak Really enjoyed our evening will definitely be back thanks to the chef & staff
Food was flavoursome and just the right portion size. It should be slightly cheaper to represent better value for money, or should include a drink as part of the lunchtime deal. Was disappointed with the dessert menu choices so went without. Service was attentive. Wrong order was quickly rectified. Booked a table on the high chairs by the window but when we arrived there were no high chairs by the window and window tables were already taken up by other diners. Booking needs to be improved to ensure tables that are reserved are available for diners.
What an absolutely delightful place. Food was magnificent an service excellent. Pleasant atmosphere.will definitely be returning
Will come again.
Lovely meal, roast was delicious!
Sunday lunchtime visit - will just start by saying the food was delicious. The atmosphere was a little lacking but it was relatively quiet as we ate quite early but the restaurant is lovely inside. We had the duck breast and pork chop both of which we would thoroughly recommend. Will definitely return as there were so many other dishes we’d like to try.
Food was delicious and staff were very friendly
Great meal and amazing service, even a tip for where to go next after we finished. Cannot fault. Keep up the good work in these difficult times it's what we want to come out and experience.
Food portion sizes have significantly reduced since I started eating here a few years back, but the food quality is always excellent
We booked here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Our waiter was excellent, we had a nice conversation with him and discovered he was from our home town. It was lovely to be in a restaurant that had an individual menu with food freshly cooked. A lovely evening thank you.
Exclent service from a young lady Wish I would have asked her name Felt very safe during our visit
We had a lovely dining experience at Bistro Franc. The food was excellent and I liked that they provided 3 platters of potatoes and veg for our party of 6. Three of our party had the duck which was cooked to perfection according to taste. The staff were friendly and we felt that our waitress looked after us well. It was nice that the manager was attentive and ensured that our glasses were never empty. Great experience, will certainly be back.
Excellent as ever 😊
We visited on Friday, 4th September. Excellent pre-theatre meal. Service was excellent by the young lady who looked after us. Shame it was so quiet, as people are missing out. One of the few places where you feel as though you've been treated. Would have no hesitation recommending to everyone.
Food was lovely, bit quiet the night we went so hard to give 5 stars for atmosphere!!
Have always liked it here but was very disappointed with this visit. Starter of the cured salmon arrived without the bread described in the menu. Partner’s Camembert did not live up to expectations nor really match the description. Mains were alright although undercooked potatoes on the bourginon. The accompanying veg was all dry as if been cooked a while ago and left. Children’s meal was the same, very dry. Garlic bread was about 3 tiny slices. Desserts were not great either. Staff were all friendly to their credit. Just let down by the quality of food unfortunately. Tables were bare on arrival. No candles, cutlery etc. Takes away from the ambience. As I say, have always liked it here but doubt I would go back after this experience.
Fantastic food at reasonable prices. I have been going to this restaurant for many years and it never disappoints. I recommend it to anyone who is visiting Liverpool
No longer providing the bread at table, coke was flat. Food of good quality, efficient service
The restaurant was pretty empty when arrived but was filling up during our visit. The service was very good & food delicious
Great as usual, excellent value
Booked for the last night of our sisters visit home from Scotland, was a fabulous night x thanks x
The food is very nice. The portion size is unusually big for a French restaurant. I had fried Brie for starter, roasted pork for main and chocolate cake for dessert. They were all exceptionally tasty. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Food were served quickly. Will be going back again. Highly recommended
