Food has always been excellent here, the service is great.
We were there for 2 nights (15 and 16 Apr 2021. Our meals were good but services from Andrea Managuio was amazing. She looked after us and be patient with every tables on busy day. Even we asked for cracked pepper, she grabbed for us without delayed. She kept her eye and find a nice table for us and asked for more if we needed. She is not just a waitress She's a customer service. She's a good asset. Karin & Peter.
We have been many times and the food and service is just amazing - waitresses so friendly and helpful, fast and attentive and all the dishes we have tried have been amazing. Will continue to return as it is just so good!
Food was amazing, service fantastic, loved it and will definitely be back
The food was fantastic, my girlfriend is a chef and she was so impressed we will definitely be back.
Lovely meal, interesting fresh flavours, served by friendly staff.
Very good location. Steak is very good too.
Food was very good, a lovely blend of fresh flavours. Staff friendly and good service.
Conveniently located. Good meals.
Thanks for the hospitality
Staff friendly and attentive, food excellent
I would like to think that the atmosphere was affected by Covid19. The most disappointing thing is that, your photos shows that you have a swimming pool, my children were sad not to have that, but due to the new normal you are doing ok job. But please don't expect a parent to share a bed with her 2 children please please for that we were very unhappy for 3 night it was just no any other options. I paid for 3 peaple I except 3 reasonable space. Double and single etc...
This was our first visit and we will not go back or recommend to friends. The service was non existent and we had to ask for a waiter to come and take our drink order. Our drink order also took a long time to be brought to our table. After nearly 40 minutes we asked how long before we would get our meals. There were people near us who arrived after we did yet received their meals before us. The staff looked as though they could not cope and one worker was quite abrupt. The only good thing was the food was OK but disappointing for a Novotel chain but luckily we had the 50% discount. There is no public toilet near the eating area and patrons had to use the elevator to go up 2 levels. This is not satisfactory. It was my husband's birthday and we were very disappointed and would not return.
Super keen to try this restaurant however spent 15 minutes driving around looking for a park within reasonable walking distance (pouring rain) and gave up out of frustration. The location is difficult but the people were very friendly about it when I had to call and cancel.
Good food and location
Wonderful meals complemented by excellent service.
The bottle of wine we requested was out of stock so we purchased a bottle that was $30 more expensive than the one we requested. We ordered barramundi but were served flathead fillets that were terrible. The entire meal cost us $104, for fish and chips and a bottle of wine. We felt completely ripped off.
The food has always been excellent here. It appears quite unassuming when you enter or walk past, but the food is definitely worth a try.
A very disappointing dining experience. We were celebrating a special birthday. Our order was taken by 1 waiter, 40 minutes later no offer of a drink and the bread we ordered had not arrived. Another waiter found it was not ordered. Our mains arrived and were just dreadful. Tough lamb, tasteless chicken and raw boiled pumpkin. We did not risk desert when yet another waiter offered. As an Accor plus member it is not worth 50% off dining if you cant eat the food and the waiter service seemed an inconvenience. We were not charged for garlic bread which did not go close to make up for the terrible experience. The standard of Accor dining should be consistent. This was far from past meals I have had. Hence we went else where for breakfast.
We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Bistro Dalby. The food and service was excellent. Modern Australian menu with plenty of choices and specials too. The atmosphere was relaxing as we could actually talk and hear each other. Great value. Lovely night, we will definitely return.
Husband asked for two types of beer had neither Had floaties in my water Menu selection was poor The waitress was obviously training and had no idea at all
Janine was the most miserable waitstaff I have ever had. The food was good. But she was soooo miserable. I told the hotel staff - everyone else was amazing. Sarah in the restaurant did all the work while Janine (it isn’t spelt like that it’s Janeeine or similar ) was just soooo miserable. Very sad.
One of the best meals we’ve had in a while. Service was efficient and friendly. Highly recommended.
Great service and beautiful meals
Food was great as was the service. The atmosphere did not match.
