About Biku Restaurant
Biku blends together the unique combination of a tea lounge, restaurant, antiques and book store in Bali.
Inspired by Indonesia's unique cultures, Biku is an eclectic mix of old Indonesia with a modern touch. Located in Seminyak, Bali, Biku takes on a life of its own in a historic 150-year-old Teak Joglo from East Java. The joglo was once an antique store but has been converted into a restaurant and is now Biku.
This is such a wonderful and cosy spot in downtown Seminyak. It has an off the beaten path feeling and is perfect for friends, family, or work gatherings. I love stopping by for an impromptu lunch and the food is delicious! Almost always, the wonderful manager will stop by and say hello too. It makes the whole experience that much more lovely.
As always, very friendly and helpful staff. The service was impeccable. The food was excellently presented and was absolutely delicious. Congratulations Biku, as always, the whole experience was fantastic.
Another beautiful visit to Biku. This time we tried the High Breakfast. As usual the food, service and atmosphere were wonderful. Thank you.

Biku is our favourite restaurant in Bali. The food is absolutely fabulous with such an extensive menu that’s it is hard to make choices. The atmosphere is wonderful, the staff are friendly and attentive and all in all it’s a fantastic dining experience. We can’t wait to return.
Absolutely beautiful we had such a lovely time!
You've done it again Biku,, delivered a very yummy English and Asian High Tea!! Highly highly recommend! Thank you.
Biku is our favourite place to visit when in Bali. All of our special occasions have been celebrated here. The staff are wonderful. Food is delicious and good value for money.
Very good food, reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Live music on Sunday. Nice tables with enough privacy
Have been a few times now, always great food, service and relaxing time.
They went above and beyond to make my 60th Birthday Celebrations awesome! The food, drink, service and Stephanie the Tarot reader were exceptional! Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou
Great food and service.
Amazing meal, delicious cocktails, the banofee pie was to die for and loved the lychee martini’s!
A must for any tea lover visiting Bali. Our high tea did not disappoint, from the wonderful service, vast selection of quality tea and delicious finger food. My daughter and daughter in-law both walked away with huge smiles on their faces. Loved the fact I could buy some Indonesian books from the vast selection of goodies to buy. Well done! I know I will definitely put this on a return visit.
Great place ,but very hot ,high tea very nice & very filling
A must do in Bali experience!!!
Had an amazing experience at Biku. High tea with delicious cakes and sandwiches, followed by a tarot reading which I can only say was very interesting. Went back for a 50th birthday celebration and once again the food and service was awesome. Thank you to Manager and staff.
After a few years of not visiting Biku definitely still holds the food quality standard. Many improvements have been made to the service quality as well.
We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Biku. We will be back again 😊
This is the third group of ladies I have introduced to Biku, we had a lovely High Tea for lunch and then spent time doing some shopping for loved ones back home. Everyone loved their visit to Biku, with the eclectic collection of giftware and the warm and friendly atmosphere ... the high tea is just delicious (and great value)! We’ll be back again 🤗
Ameal or two at Biku is always one of the highlights of our holiday in Bali. It never disappoints. Thank you. Terima khasi.
I adore Biku because it is so different from everywhere else, relaxing and welcoming. Tea time is a joy, and the band/ music on Saturday night always cheers me up no end! - The combination of quaint, eclectic, Balinese and western vibe is perfect. I hope this place remains for everyone, and is not monopolised by coach-loads of just one type of tourists. (as has happened to other popular restaurants). Biku is an absolute treasure, and I look forward to visiting again, the next time I am in Bali.
