Was very disappointed that you did not have non dairy milk for coffee. Also you are using plastic straws - please move to paper ones.
The service was not up to standard for a restaurant of your calliper. We hardly saw our waiter and it was actually the floor manager who did most of the work for us, which was pretty disappointing. I am vegetarian and feel that you should offer at least one other vegetarian option on your menu. Other than that, the food was lovely and the restaurant is truly beautiful.
Salmon was over cooked, chicken livers were too spicy, chicken breast was covered in some sort of sweet sauce. Disappointing dining experience.

Petras who served us in the Private dining room on Tuesday evening, was excellent, friendly, helpful & very professional. Service in the bar was challenging, it was busy which made it quite difficult to meet & greet our guests for pre dinner drinks, there was no where to sit & getting drinks proved to be difficult.

Cannot fault the service!! Was excellent... But so very Disappointing that on a Friday close to month end, 1 third of the menu not available due to no stock!!! That was very sad!! When bookings are made people should be informed! So we sat there ordering things we didn't really want!!! Oh well... 1st n last
Excellent service, very good atmosphere people are friend and smiling all the time. I would definitely go back for it. The food had a good presentation but the meat wasn't tasty so I don't think was a value for money. Beside that I would recommend and go back for sure

I booked for my parents 40th wedding anniversary and it was definitely a memorable experience. Great service, exceptional food coupled with immaculate attention to detail. Definitely an amazing fine dining experience with nothing to fault them on.
We had a terrible time. The kitchen had a ticketing issue. We only received our complimentary rolls nearly 2hours after ordering! And food took even longer... Starter arrived burnt. Was not a pleasant experience at all. Absolutely ruined our anniversary... Manager said he would take the starter off the bill, but never did.
