About BBar & Grill
Welcome to the BBar & Grill. Located within the Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel in the Clydebank area.
Our chefs use fresh, locally sourced, high quality Scottish produce to create delicious and nutritious food, Our fresh fish is sustainable and caught by day boats in Scottish waters, some of which is landed in Peterhead, Shetland and Scrabster. Our beef is supplied by Tulloch the butcher, and sourced from the nearby Glennifer Hills.
With a private dining room, terraced area along with our BBar & Grill, we not only have the right space but the professional service for every occasion.
In relation to the recent pandemic, we have been working hard to make The BBar & Grill as safe a place as possible for all guests as we get back to what we do best. We have put in some restrictions measures and stringent cleaning measures to ensure our guest's and our team are kept safe. Unfortunately, we will not taking walk-ins so booking is advised.

Hi afternoon tea was fine choice of filling s in sandwiches not great and scones wer hard as we told server a bit disappointing
Had a lovely afternoon tea with friends
Beautiful food. Attentive staff. All throughly enjoyed!...just remember to stock up on sour cream for the nachos!! It's essential ;-)
I was extremely disappointed on the selection of sandwich I explained that 1 of the guest didn't take butter or cheese, all we got was some cheese sandwiches & a couple of ham still wondering where the ham was, oh & a brioche roll with egg on it. The cakes where nice but again the scone had cream & jam we asked the waitress for a plain scone which we got. Not 2 sure if I would come back regards Janet Paul
Went for afternoon tea and unfortunately the only good part was the finger sandwiches. Scones especially were evidently not fresh that day. Poor quality for the price you pay! Would not recommend and definitely would not consider coming back anytime soon. Disappointing for what was meant to be a lovely birthday lunch
Very disappointed with our meal, Macaroni cheese, insipid and flavourless,Camembert starter a measly 3 tiny cubes, straw smoked ham with tepid mashed potatoes and a tablespoon off cabbage only saving grace was the carrot cake dessert! Staff were polite and efficient , breakfast was exceptionally good . Would definitely NOT have an evening meal here again overpriced and underwhelming
I was staying in the hotel. The resident discount was very welcome, and the food and service we're both excellent.
The food is amazing and good value for money
We had a lovely meal in the restaurant on 20th December. The service was excellent and the food delicious. Given that it was a festive menu however it might have been nice to have some crackers or festive table decoration!
Lovely meal with a wide variety of choices. Presented very well. Would definitely go back.
The place was nice but cold, a wee bit more heating would have been appreciated
My husband and myself had afternoon tea here last Friday. The wooden cabinet that the food was brought on was thick with dust which made us both feel quite queezy. The fact that the food was placed directly onto the dust was shocking. I struggle to understand why this dust had not been noticed by any of the restaurant staff prior to service. We also only had 5 minature cakes on the stand. Any other afternoon tea i have had would always provide an equal amount of cakes for each guest. The service was good and quick, although there were only another couple of customers present when we arrived. Very disappointed and shocked. This was a belated birthday treat so i felt unable to complain at the time. I hope the place sorts the basics of cleanliness out before others are subjected to this.
Lovely day. Good value for money. Welcoming and attentive staff
The afternoon tea was lovely but it was a bit of an odd moment sharing the space with a wedding party as they toasted the married couple
Great food, especially ‘coo in Irn Bru’! Service was fantastic - lovely and friendly staff.
Good food and lovely outlook
Had a lovely lunch on Saturday with my daughter excellent service staff were very pleasant good value for money.
Very good service, pleasant staff. Lovely dining room/view. Couldn’t fault it.
Disappointed with the selection and the miniature cakes! Very helpful staff!
Clare was excellent very attentive and helpful with recommendations
Very efficient staff. Food great.
Food was gorgeous. Staff very nice and helpful.
Lovely meal
New menu from last visit, not updated on website, different take on prawn cocktail, preferred old menu. Food was only lukewarm, sweets were lovely. The floor was unswept after party had left. Chairs in lounge area in need of replacement, not good pre dinner impression. Staff were pleasant but need to keep on top of cleaning between diners.
Nice afternoon tea and drinks staff good and pleasent
