About Barbican Kitchen
Housed in the world famous Plymouth Gin Distillery, the Barbican Kitchen was established in 2006 by the Tanner Brothers, Chris and James.
Our aim is to deliver fresh local food at a realistic price.
The Barbican Kitchen takes full advantage of the superb larder available to us here in the Westcountry.
Excellent food and service + right next to the best bar in the world!
We had great food, and received exceptional service.
a delicious meal in smart surroundings with attentive, but not intrusive staff. highly recommended.
Lovely food and great service.
Lovely meal from set menu at fantastic price
Lovely meal . Service was very good. Excellent value for money.
Thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Lovely staff, setting and food
Fab food . Fab service . Fab location .
My fillet was superb but I feel in the price you could have had one choice of vegetable sides.
A must for all theatre goers.. food and service second to none.. and it’s great value for money
Food high quality, quick efficient service, friendly staff
Excellent meal following some excellent cocktails in The Refectory. Perfect evening out
Wonderful meal - Many Thanks
your booking arrangements leave a lot to be desired, if your general manger cannot book a client into your restaurant he needs to be more customer friendly.
The crab starter was light and fluffy and absolutely delicious, my partners parfait was incredible and my rib-eye steak was tremendous. The service was timely and the girls was very polite and pleasant with every service
Fantastic food and extremely accommodating when half our party got stuck in traffic.
Lovely waitress. Had great eye makeup!
The staff were really excellent at accommodating my sons food allergies. We had a delightful evening all round with delicious food - thank you
We needed to eat early so went for the early bird deal (3 courses for £18.95). The food was lovely but we felt extremely rushed through our meal so the table could be freed for people dining off the more expensive menu - we had all 3 courses, with a bottle of wine, in about 50 mins. Having eaten off this menu on several other occasions, we felt portion sizes have gone down. However, the quality and taste of the food was excellent.
Food was delicious, very good customer service. The drinks were very pricey but I will definitely return.
Made my birthday very special
Excellent food and service. We were a party of 10 and everyone really enjoyed their evening.
Lovely food, great service.
The best restaurant I've been to in Plymouth
