Very nice, friendly cafe bar
Lovely evening, food was beautiful and cocktails too
Fantastic service, great food.
Bill came to £106 lucky enough £100 was a voucher, starters average, mains , pizzas good , sea bass was good but quantity was shocking , kids pasta ok . would I come again no sorry .but this is only my personal opinion but I have died in many restaurants so I do feel mine is justified
This experience was great! The food was delicious and the service was friendly and welcoming! I wish the council would move/ remove the Frozen ride carts as it blocks the beautiful views of the ocean and surely is not great for customer satisfaction for the restaurant. Overall, wonderful experience!
Very pleased with our experience, I told the waitress I'm dairy free and the chef came and chatted to me personally about the different options on the menu, and how he could adapt most dishes! Food was delicious, as were the drinks. LOVE the new fuss free online booking as well! Most pleasant experience.
The starters were great but we had oysters and crevettes so very little in terms of prep, the oysters were relatively well priced. We had pasta dishes for a main course but the tagliatelle with the meatballs was overcooked and the tomato sauce was very basic, needed loads more olive oil and parmesan to be good. The duck orechiette was fine, a strange fusion but fine. The desserts we had were a pannacotta with strawberries...missing the strawberries and the chocolate pizza which was essentially nutella on a pizza base, Ok but too much for pudding and not worth the price. The staff were attentive and pleasant.
Lovely food, Lovely staff
Probably eaten here about 10 times in the last 3 years! Lovely food! Everyone enjoyed their meals! Checked in on us to all to see if we wanted more drinks and that we were enjoying our food! Also happily saved a cake in the back for us and brought it over at the end! Lovely, attentive staff!
A lovely meal to celebrate my graduation, and staff were very understanding of us arriving late for our booking. Lovely atmosphere and great to be served in Welsh by all members of staff.
During the 3 years of my daughter studying at Aber University, we have been unable to eat at Baravin as they have either been fully booked or closed on Sunday - we booked for my daughters graduation meal and wow we are so glad that we did as this was excellent all round, service, food, drinks, atmosphere - totally brilliant and they have definitely got it right - Thank you team Baravin
Love the starters and main course- at last two visits the caramel pudding and panda cottta were a bit thick and gloopy! Staff always friendly.
Will be back again highly recommend this place.
Favourite place to eat in Aberystwyth! Travelled all the way from the East Coast of England.
Everything was spot on. Great atmosphere friendly hosts. Can not fault one bit. Definitely booking another table in near future
Great Service, Food was great. Great choice of Beers and Cocktails and a nice atmosphere.
Our order got mixed up a little on our first visit, however youquickly put it right and more than compensated us with drinks and extra. The manager came to apologise and later checked with us that all was ok, this was a very nice touch, we all make mistakes, it’s how you deal with them that matter and you couldn’t have done more for us. Thank you.
Always a great service at Baravin. Cannot beat the food & cocktails.
Excellent food and service, great to see the journey has started to go plastic free
