Lovely atmosphere, delicious food and great service!
Waited over 20 mins at table no one took our drinks order disgusting service walked out
We had amazing time in Baltic Pearl , everything was for the100%! Food as usual amazing , waitresses there are so lovely and amazing . Highly recommending.
Food was good, everyone in our party of 5 were very happy, the service was great too - our server/waitress was wonderful (don't know her name, but it was a blonde lady), very attentive and took time to entertain our two year old, who really enjoyed interacting with her. We were dining on Sat and at the end of our dinner, just before 8pm, we got the taste of live music with brilliant singing. Definitely recommend! We will be back x
Food was nice but a lot of it was dry.
Really nice restaurant and very good customer service. And amazing singer on the night I came 😊 thank you again for the services and the food was lovely
Will definitely go back again!
Nice food. Lovely place. Hopefully people will get behind this to keep some nice eating places. Great singer
My wife and I love Baltic Pearl and we are delighted they are back up and running after lock down During this time we also used their takeaway option was also fantastic. The food is always cooked to perfection and the service excellent. We also love its relaxing ambience with its impressive decor and clever use of lighting.
Visited for the 1st time service was great live music on, food was amazing staff were friendy and helpful, great value for money will definitely be returning in the near future.
I enjoyed the food but portion wasn’t very big ?
Restaurant is lovely, very clean, nice ambiance. Service was good. Food was lovely, very tasty. Cooked fresh, so didn’t mind waiting 25 min after started for mains. Would definitely recommend and will come back. Great restaurant ❤️
Great food, great staff. As it was a Monday night not too busy but will book again for the weekend. No faults at all.
Lovely restaurant with authentic Eastern European food and drink. Salmon was delicious!
Nice place and lovely atmosphere
Great food. Good service.
Table was booked for 19:00 upon arrival we were told our table would be a few minutes. at 19:30 i had to go to the bar as we were still in the waiting area, we were then told it shouldn't be too long the people on our table were just paying but we could see they all still had drinks to finish. We eventually sat down at 19:50. After taking our food order they then advised us it would be 1.5hrs for our mains (why would you not take our food order while we were waiting for the table is beyond me). we had 3 young kids within our party this was not good. it was gone 22:00 when we left. Unfortuantely we will probably not return as the Food was ok but not worth the total 2hr25min wait.
Great food and very reasonably priced. One of my favourite restaurants. The only thing that lets it down is the long wait times for the food. Over 40 minutes for a stater then an additional half an hour for the mains. This has happened on more than one occasion. You're in there a minimum of two and a half hours.
Lovely will be returning soon food was very tasty and staff were lovely
Menu had plenty of interesting choices from starters, grill, burgers and veggie meals. Waitress said the main courses would be at least 25 mins so we knew it was all cooked fresh. Nice to have a restaurant that is totally different from the norm and run of the mill stuff on offer in the area and we look forward to going back again.
We were a party of 4 - booked in for 6:45pm. On arrival we were advised that the meals would be 45 minutes wait time - but that was ok as we sat and had a drink. At 7.45 enquired about our food - it would be another 15 minutes... Our starters arrived at 8:00pm. 8:45pm we asked about our mains.... were told they weren't ready - but we were offered a free round of drinks. 9:00pm our main meals arrived. Summary: Food was very nice but the service was awful. We were told that the kitchen were understaffed and some of the staff were 'inexperienced'. Until the service improves I wouldn't be rushing back to the Baltic Pearl. PS More Gluten Free options would be helpful
It was a very busy night in what are very strange times so we did have to wait a very long time between courses, but our waitress was always apologetic and very attentive when she was able to get to us, very friendly, really helpful and seemed in control, food was excellent, my only niggle was the lamb skewer was very overdone, to the point I could not eat it, I was told this was the style it was cooked which I personally think is a mistake, lamb should be tender, but that is just me, maybe next time I order it I can request it not so well done, I would recommend to my friends and will be returning when things are, hopefully, back to normal
Amazing food, great serice, cant recommend enough
Great food, gorgeous place...and very small criticism was that the service was a tiny bit slow to react to requests but it’s a small critique of a lovely place that we will definitely recommend and visit again
Our first time here, amazing atmosphere, decor, menu had excellent choices. The girl looking after us was so attentive, very chatty and friendly.Dont know her name but she told us she drank whiskey 😁Will definitely be returning asap.
