Afternoon Tea is served daily 13.30 - 17.00
Brilliant afternoon tea and very accommodating staff
Food was great and service from Balint was exceptional, great balance of professionalism and conversation! And he dealt with our kids really well too. Setting is lovely and when the weather is kind it's beautiful, but tables are a little haphazard and it feels a little thrown together to cope with the current restrictions but I don't think there is much more that could be done. Will definitely be back on a nice day and look forward to being able to eat indoors again!
Great customer service.
We had a booking for alfresco dining , the food was lovely, we really enjoyed the experience and thoroughly appreciated the friendliness and excellent service from the staff.
Lovely venue for birthday lunch. Staff very friendly and attentive, food excellent. Would definitely return.
We had a lovely meal on the Terrace. Great food and excellent service.
You did your best in difficult circumstances. Many thanks.
It was a shame the restaurant was quiet because of lockdown in other parts of the country. I’m sure there would have been a good atmosphere in the cloisters. Food was excellent and superb value.
Great menu, fantastic service.
We really enjoyed visiting Bailbrook House, from the moment we walked in the service from your staff was excellent and we felt like we were really being looked after. The food in Cloister Restaurant was incredibly good - a wonderful experience
We enjoyed wonderful service in both the Conservatory bar and the Cloisters Restaurant. The excellent cocktails made especially for us as not from the menu and the delicious food were very much enjoyed. The atmosphere was a little lacking but we feel this was because of few guests due to the imminent second lockdown but we could see how nice it would be with a few more people around. That said we felt very safe and appreciated the attention to that side of things. We enjoyed watching a badger and a deer from the Cloisters window.
We thoroughly recommend the Bailbrook House hotel. The hotel, bedroom, restaurant and service were all wonderful. We had a delicious dinner and breakfast and the staff were exceptionally good.
Excellent service, delicious tea.
100% happy with the whole experience. Would highly recommended. Lovely food, excellent service, beautiful building.
It was a real treat to partake of Somerset Cream Tea. The Receptionist greeted us to the establishment and then another member of the team led us to our table. The waitress was very polite and professional. We will be returning!!!
Fabulous afternoon tea. Personal attention to details and attentive friendly staff. Great experience.
Great place to eat
Very good in every way
V v good!
STARTER WAS GREAT, MEAT QUALITY EXCELLENT. HOWEVER, POUSSIN WAS NOT SPATCHCOCK AS DESCRIBED- TASTY THOUGH. WINE GLASSES DIRTY, HAD TO BE CHANGED. TABLE CLOTHES REMOVED, ON QUERY WAS ADVISED EASIER TO KEEP CLEAN? WAS TAKEN ABACK FOR A RESTAURANT.
Excellent food, very tasty and well presented. Shame it was quiet in the restaurant. Wine prices very steep, so had coke. Would go back.
Lovely meal, great service.
The disabled parking was nowhere near the restaurant and the new one way system involved my 90 year old mother walking a long way (and nearly falling in the dark as it is not well lit). Overall is was a below par experience and one I would not like to repeat.
Excellent afternoon tea, the sandwiches, cakes, scones, cream were amazing. The lemon curd was the nicest I have ever tasted. The staff are all so nice and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you
