The food was excellent. We enjoyed the entree, mains and desserts. We certainly would come back again.

Selection of Breakfast items were ample, service staff were excellent and accommodating especially during what was a very busy weekend for Bacar Restaurant, as it was the final full weekend of the Easter Show and the dining room was very busy with full patronage of Pullman guests.
The Restaurant is usually of a high standard Some times they drop the ball in food presentation and taste The same menu is getting boring now requires change frequently.
Perfect example of false advertising. Advertised online as $59 for members ‘Bottomless High Tea’ for either a Saturday or Sunday but was charged full price on the day $69 because they argued that it was Easter long weekend. Terms and conditions didn’t state that Easter long weekend was an exception. Was booked for 12 noon but wasn’t seated until 12.20pm. Food was ok, nothing spectacular so not worth the money we paid for. The initial servings were small so we had to ask for more food which to their credit, they did serve us the best hot chips. On top of that, we couldn’t park at the hotel as it was fully booked so we ended up paying $60 for parking on top of the expensive bill. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience.
I attended the Dal Zotto Italian degustation dinner with a friend on 25 March. This is the second special dining event we have attended at Pullman Olympic Park, the first being a Dilmar Tea degustation dinner. Head Chef Ben Nicholls is a master craftsman when putting together the ingredients for each of the five courses all served with accompanying wine). Although some of the ingredients were new to me I was happy to leave it up to Ben to mix and match the taste sensations. I was not disappointed. These special events in Bacar Restaurant exude style and elegance. I look forward to Christmas in July.
Excellent service and food. The restaurant has very nice abeyance, will come back next show or game visit.

Would of been nice to have bowls to wash hands with the seafood for 2. Everything was for 2 except the fish you only got one piece between 2 🤷🏼♀️. Being able to or a side of salad or chips would of been nice too. Overall the food was nice , breakfast was very good the girl was generous with her serves and very pleasant.

A great night with good food, service and atmosphere. We would prefer to sit at a table with other guests as at previous dinners however; we understand that COVID has to be respected and distance kept.
First time visitor, long time convert.
Bacar is a very nice restaurant with good food and drinks. On the evening it had a wine function. We did not receive any service at all because most of the staff were servicing the function. The drink waiter spilled the wine on the table and he did not even bother to clean it. We had to wait for over 40 min for the main meal. We had to ask for the desert because the restaurant forgot about it. Not a pleasant dining experience on this occasion.
Service was sporadic and for our table confused!
5 course Italian menu was excellent. Service was friendly but professional. We enjoyed a wonderful evening. Thank you.
We have been to this restaurant quite a number of times and we have always been happy with the food and drinks and the service. nice ambience in the restaurant. parking is free.

Beautiful seafood platter, well prepared. Attentive staff, and we didn't have to wait too long for our food. Highly recommend.
