Food and setting were good, our business guests enjoyed it. There seemed to be a little bit of confusion with the service at a couple of points but nothing that impacted our experience. Suggestion to maybe not serve wallaby tail next time the Wallabies are playing at ANZ.
We dined here ahead of the Bledisloe Cup game. Menu, food and service all fine but the booking procedure was appalling. No replies to initial email booking, phone rings out, no messages returned. Eventually booked and guaranteed with a credit card I later get an email threatening cancellation unless I supply a credit card. Turns out they had incorrectly taken the number down initially.
We went for the pre match dinner before the rugby. The service was outstanding, the staff were terrific and the food was very good. The restaurant was packed and the staff never faltered. Well done.
Wine by the glass far too expensive and the duck Maryland tasted more like chicken.
Set meal was really good but just not enough of it! We all left still feeling a bit hungry
Kids meals were fabulous! Mains were awesome. Not a huge fan of the desserts. Service was great!
Friendly Team members
Impeccable, accommodating, great food, wine and service. The pork and cuttlefish were delicious. They even accommodated us with desserts from the dinner menu. I will definitely recommend to my friends and go back there.
A very dissapointing experience before the Celine Dion Concert on Friday evening. There was obviously a major issue with lack of wait staff. It took at least 40mins for us to get a drink and the food order was taken at the same time. The staff on the night were very stressed as they could not cope with the number of people they had to serve in such a short period of time. Considering the prices charged for the meal and drinks this should never be an issue and the Restaurant Mgr knows exactly how many people are coming on these concert evenings. While the food was nice the butter was rank.
great food in restaurant for dinner and breakfast
I brought my Mom to dinner before the Celine Dion concert and we had a beautiful meal. The attention to detail was great we will definitely be going back x
Lovey way to start the night before a show, dinner is already decided for you, beautifully cooked and served and no cleaning up to do . Thank you to the Chef and all the staff involved
Food was great ....but my fish was cold, but tasted delicious
The staff were nice and professional, although for a busy pre dinner show night, there weren’t enough staff. The portion sizes are extremely small, and children shouldn’t be made to wait one hour for a kids pizza. Always serve kids first - it’s logical. Once our initial service was taken it was extremely difficult to get the attention of any waiter, for simple things like water. We had a two course set menu for $75pp and arrived early at 5.30, and still only managed to leave by 7pm leaving very little time for show security checks etc. Sorry to say, we certainly don’t feel the food was worth the money.
Great dining prior to concert
Friendly service and very good food. I recommend the Confit Hawkesbury duck maryland along with a side of compressed cucumber, which was an unusual accompaniment, but very tasty.
food is excellent in quality, but not big enough portions, I had to continue eating when I got home.
Excellent service, great ambiance and amazing food!!
Fabulous as always
The restaurant's service is first class and the staff are very pleasant and friendly
Good steaks and a decent selection of wines. Lamb done two ways was refreshingly different. Efficient but amiable service.
Excellent service coupled with well prepared and plated food.
Fish main wasn’t that nice. Other dishes good. Dessert took a long time to be served. Wine very good
