We visited Babette's on Mother's Day and we had a wonderful service. The food was superb and the attentive service staff were top quality.
The service is perfect. And the decor. The food did not meet my expectations from a place aspiring to be the best in Bangkok.
The hotel should eliminate booking at such late hours because the staffs were more interested in going home more than giving guests a proper service. My stake was not good. The meat was a bit smelly, and unevenly cooked.
We loved the atmosphere and service from the staffs. The setting was awesome, however, the food was not up to its quality.

There should more thab 1 kind of oysters. The tastes of the food could have been better
Food was great value was amazing Service was very warm and helpful. Everyone did everything warmly the only minor issue is being in the private room makes it hard to get attention maybe a buzzer would help. Also cocktails and dessert took sometime to Come. But overall amazing experience.
It's disappointing that a good steak house cannot cook steak according to the order. I ordered Medium steak and it turned out to be almost well done. My wife ordered Medium Well steak but it came as Medium. When we asked to recook (supposedly to be Medium Well as originally ordered), it came back as very well done! The manager politely apologized and offered not to charge one of miscooked steak which we appreciated. The lesson learned is that even though your steakhouse has the best beef in the world but if you cannot cook according to customer's order/preference, that steak could never be impressively savored.

This was my first time to this restaurant and I selected it after careful research. I ordered. 1. 2 Cokes 2. Pork Rib ("To share") 3. Tomahawk ("To share") 4. Mac and Cheese Side 5. Potato Skin Side 6. Cheesy Spinach Side. 7. Chocolate Mouse cake The first thing that came out was the pork ribs. They were very, very, very chewy and while the sauce was good, the flavor of the meat was not. I wondered if they had boiled it first and if they had, why was it so tough. For 900 baht, these ribs should have been much better. The waiter said they were 500 grams but this was probably with bone, because it seemed like an appetizer more than to share. Good ribs should fall off the bone, but we couldn't even cut the meat with a knife, and I had to ask for a steak knife to cut it. While we were eating the ribs, the sides came out. They should have come out with the steak, but they were early. fortunately, the mac and cheese and spinach were served in small cast iron plates and kept their heat, but the potato skins were cold by the time we ate them. The three of the sides were okay, but small in portion, and should have come out with the main. The tomahawk steak came out beautifully medium rare. It was a healthy portion and we ate about 2/3 of it. It was served with the usuals, a baked garlic and a very small tomato. The desert was served with a birthday message. It was nicely plated and tasty. The service was okay, but I did have to get up twice to ask for items. We had a more private table by the window but the staff could have watched us better for a 5 star hotel. Ambiance was nice, but very dark with sleepy jazz music in the background. A candle would have been nice to brighten the table a bit. Normal price for this meal would have been 5000 baht + 160 + 160 + 160 + 400 + 240 (cokes) = 6120 x 7% VAT x 10% service fee. We booked online for a discount, so my bill was closer to 4300. The only item I would go back for would be the steak. The value just isn't there, and the food needs improvement for that price.
Staffs are very friendly and helpful Requested a good place to sit beforehand with my other half and they arranged a sit beside the window for us. The view is spectacular and we are so delighted. Wagyu tomahawk is really good. Worth the money.
Good restaurant with solid food, great wine selection and fantastic service. The only negative the night I was there was that the lack of customers, made the atmosphere less vibrant. We may just have been unlucky in that regard.
Loved the ambience of this restaurant. Fabulous outlook and great food served by friendly and efficient servers.

Great service. Good and quality food but my Wagyu is a bit over-cooked. Not many tables so it is quite private and romantics for your special dinner occasion.

Nice place, but when 1/3 full it feels very empty and loose the vibe. good varation in the menue, wine needs more variation and less French. Since my meat was well done and not medium rare as ordered an my side dish did not show up and no attention at the table after tge food was served the meal was destroyed for us. When it came to staff attention the train had left the station. Staff tried to fix the situation by offer new piece of meat but help came to late. Wine and water placed at the far end out off reach at the table so no chance to serve myself and no staff to refill. As said a nice place but good interior and wiev is not enough alone yo make the food good and this top-notch place. I a very used to eating meat everywhere and this I will to better at home any day of the week. Started was just average, lobster and tartar. The whole dinner became destroyed of all the discutions and the bad vibe of the whole situation and it was my wife's 45 year birthday dinner so even worse for her. The night was destroyed for us. Will not recomend or return. In all fairness items where removed from my bill and staff in restaurant was trying their best but to late. The steak chef is the responsible for this disaster
