Great food, and terrifically relaxed and intimate dining experience.
Love the innovative dishes and explanation from the chefs. Their passion really shown through. Cooking and grease odors on my clothes was rather strong afterwards.
Very lovely and intimate dining experience!
It is a great dining experience and I am 100% satisfied.
Best restaurant I have ever been
I thought the meal was excellent. And both Chefs were personable and very informative. Great experience
Not many choices of wine by the glass, and pretty pricey. Probably wine pairing is more value for the money..
Food best ever but music too loud and aircon too cold (latter as always in Hong Kong). The chefs created a great atmosphere
Truly one of the best, if not the best meal of 2019. EVERYTHING was spot on.
My wife and I had a wonderful journey at Aulis. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly which made the experience that much better. We look forward to retiring in the near future.
A memorable dining experience, food are greatly prepared and the juice / tea pairing is good also
Awesome dining experience! Staff are friendly and informative.
Best meal I’ve had in Hong Kong in the 6 years I’ve lived here, hand’s down (and that’s in comparison to other Michelin-started establishments in the city). Food was outstanding and the 17 courses keeps you engaged. Overall experience was outstanding. One last point. I usually never comment on price, because at this level you are expecting for a unique, possibly once in a lifetime experience, so cost is not really relevant. That said, in HK most dining options are aggressively mediocre yet charge an arm and a leg given they need to pay their exorbitant rents. In contrast Aulis was surprisingly affordable, particularly wrt wine pairings, not charging for water, etc.
Foods are good and the staff are just so nice.
