About Aulis Hong Kong
Aulis Hong Kong is Simon Rogan’s intimate chef’s table offering guests a dynamic and interactive dining experience. Our chefs will guide you through the tasting menu and our sommeliers will pair your meal with either wine or a flight of non-alcoholic drinks.
Aulis has 12 seats which can be reserved individually or as a private room.
Cancellation of your Aulis reservation less than 72 hours of your visit will incur a charge of HK $1480 per person at dinner for Aulis Hong Kong.

Incredibly delicious experience!
I mentioned this to one of your chef, fine dining chef nowadays are obsessed with just searing the meat's surface leaving the inside very raw, resulting in the taste of blood sometimes overpowering the flavor of the meat, I personally think that meat's flavour is best when it's cooked just enough evenly throughout. Moreover, good quality beef doesn't need to be so raw to preserve its tenderness. About the bread, the crust is nice but I also like more of the inside of the bread. The above is only my personal preference, I am sure some other guests may prefer the opposite, and I did enjoy the aforementioned dishes, it's just that I think I may enjoyed it even more if done slightly different.

Have been to Aulis a few times, and the team can still manage to wow us everytime! The emphasis on local produce is not only a nice touch, but the freshness of the ingredients really makes the dish and takes it to the next level (like that pea tart in the beginning, simple but packed with a punch of flavors!). Every dish is carefully prepared with complimentary flavors and texture (the salmon dish was very memorable), you guys never disappoint! We always go for the non-alcoholic pairing as well, and I love all the fun combinations and something I find very unique to Aulis. All in all, a great experience all thanks to Fai, Raphael and Laudy! Thank you again for such a wonderful evening.
Everything was great during the service
Very well done. Food was fantastic, but I have reasonable suspicion that it’s not really an experimental kitchen as we weren’t really asked about our thoughts on each dish. Anyway, I loved it though!
Really enjoyable. The courses are relatively simple (ie bread dish) which selects the price. But really cool experience
Fabulous as ever. Good to see some old favourites on the menu but along with some new and exciting dishes. Great evening as always.
Fai , Raf and Ken ( the sommelier) were amazing! Open to engage and lovely people. They took interest is us and we really enjoyed the entire dining experience . The ambience is creatively designed very intimate yet safely distanced, good lighting and ventilation so it was not a smoky seater . The seating and explanation of each course. I wasn’t drinking much and they offered to “make” me a 3 course tasting instead of 6 wines. That was a very nice touch. This way I could enjoy each course with a nice pair. Food was very creative and packed with flavour, ofcourse the pudding and black garlic jam is my fav, but enjoyed the choux pastry with pate as well as the scallop and cauliflower mousse. Only few humble suggestions are , the music play list can do with some refurb, i enjoyed the wines but the glasses ( though reidel) can be given an upgrade to a “lighter” version, it just elevates the experience ( a bit embarrassed on this one) perhaps addition of 1-2 more courses? We left a bit hungry ( I’m sorry I know it was a tasting menu. But we came at dinner)
The food was spectacular and original. The scallop dish was my favourite. They tried to accommodate the gluten free requirements which was great. Great experience over the counter top to see the chef preparing the food. However chef could be more friendly, he sounded a bit robotic. The service from the black lady was friendly and funny. Missed the donut, hope it would be back on the menu again. Aulis served complimentary Chinese tea at the end which was very delicious. Would be nice if they have option for coffee too. Would visit again if they have new menu.

The Aulis experience is a touch of refreshing English fine dining. If I could do something to improve the experience it would be to have a more rounded wine pairing. Not just white focused and possibly one older wine in the selection to mix things up.

Best meal we've had since moving to Hong Kong and would certainly recommend the experience to anyone else. The menu was incredible and the chef and staff were friendly and willing to answer any questions about the meal or just to talk in general. Fantastic food and service, we will definitely be coming back.
