We are sorry but this restaurant is not currently accepting online reservations through ResDiary.
Very poor service Christmas Eve. Not nearly enough staff on.
Food & Drinks: may be 1 or 2 hot things on the platter may be 2 cakes and no scones. Atmosphere: 41/2 Star SERVICE: bad. 2 Star Value for money: I had a good time with my friend the service was slow. I felt scones was not in place may be 2 other hot things to take it's place would have gone down well. Margaret Spiteri
I am so grateful to the Sofitel staff for making our hens party(high tea) so enjoyable and memorable. The staff was super friendly, welcoming and accommodating. by providing us the private space, they made sure we had our privacy and yet full service. would definitely recommend.
Staff were delightful and attentive. As a frequent diner at no.35, the atrium experience was just as lovely.
Excellent staff ... they were more than helpfull
A great venue to take friends. First class service. Can recommend with confidence.
GF sandwiches and scones were dry.
I had asked that that our group of 18 could use the private area for pre-dinner drinks at 6pm as we had booked for dinner at No. 35. I was assured that this would be no problem (confirmed by email) and had informed all guests to meet there. I arrived at 5.50pm to find that some of my guests had arrived early And we’re not seated in the private area. Bringing this to the concierges notice, I was informed that no reservation was made 🤨. What surprised me most was there were no more than 6 people in this private area and that we as a group kept growing and having wait staff to move tables and chairs to try and fit us in in the general area. I was then told when paying our drinks bill that a fee of $2000 dollars was required to book this area out. Regardless, we had a great evening but just wish when you make a reservation that what you are told is the truth. Too much fake news these days!!!!
I've previously had tea at the Sofitel and was able to take in the amazing city views. Unfortunately, due to a private function, my overseas visitor and I were not able to have the same experience and enjoy the amazing landscape along with the tea.
I had a most enjoyable time with delicious food in a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous which helped make it so pleasant. I’m looking forward to hopefully having another visit there before too long.
I love the Atrium Bar -always a lovely atmosphere & the view and really enjoy having a drink here. But the afternoon tea was a little disappointing - way too many sweets & cakes which we as a group of 4 didn't finish & only finger sandwiches for savoury - what about some hot savoury dishes?? Not a patch on having the beautifully laid out tea buffet at Sofi's Lounge (which was closed for a private function - hence Atrium Bar). Scones were lovely but we had to order another plate of finger sandwiches. One staff member in particular was very disinterested in serving us - seated us and disappeared and seemed quite put out when we asked for things - given we stay at The Sofitel about once month less than the usual excellent staff service was quite unexpected and disappointing. Other staff were great.
Took my daughter in law for high tea, she was in awe of the experience. It was her fist time, it was a great experience for the first time
The staff were very attentive and ensured that it all ran smoothly. The private space and atmosphere was excellent.
The team are wonderful and so welcoming. Fantastic service and attention to detail. Thank you Atrium Bar Staff.
For your reference and improvement: F&B staff was smiling, well informed of the manu and had a positive attitude, however: 1-They didnt have any intention to take empty glasses and dirty plates until we asked like 30-45min. Even they couldnt find a space to put anything on our table. I.e the sugar jar we asked for; instead of taking the empty glasses and cups she first tried to push the dirty cups to open a space then decided to give the jar on my hand. 2-They brought the wrong tea. 3-ladies toilet was dirty and there was no soap. Thanks. Mert
I was disappointed we were unable to have lunch in the usual Level 35 Restaurant. However I had a guest visiting from the Gold Coast and we had an enjoyable lunch at Sofies. Until he rang me today saying he had been overcharged by Eric K for wine he neither ordered nor received. He ordered and drank one Glass of Shiraz but had an additional charge for a non existent glass of white wine. However we had very good service from a young Vietnamese Lady Intern - name I think Tracy - very good ambassador for Sofitel. Lack of Accor Silver card discount was also a negative.
A wonderful high tea experience.
Thank you so much for making my girls henz gathering such a memorable one. We had a great night & the service was excellent. All of my friends were very impressed. From booking prior to the actual night, everything was perfect. Thank you to John Cuce for organising my booking, I can’t thank him enough for his assistance.
We had a High Tea in the Atrium on 35, the atmosphere and view made for a great afternoon.
Very good and friendly service
The weekday afternoon high tea is great value. Each dessert option was exquisite. The service was fantastic & the staff were very accomdating as we had to delay our booking time a couple of times. We stayed on in the atrium for drinks later as the ambience was lovely.
Was a great place to gather between our wedding ceremony and reception
My wife and I really enjoyed our short visit to the Atrium; everything was great. We couldn't stay any longer because my wife was in pain with her legs. It was really a great place to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and colleagues.
Food was lovely. The service was great. $80 seemed a little expensive. We’d be more inclined to do this again if it were cheaper.
Beautiful space, great staff and amazing cocktails. We loved everything about our experience with you guys. Thank you
