Disappointed with the Easter menu - Rabbit was in poor taste? The prawn entree was extremely bitter my husbands Fillet was great but mine was over cooked and chewy
Barramundi was overcooked and dry and steak although perfectly cooked was bland with no seasoning. Very disappointing for upmarket accommodation which should have a restaurant to reflect the same level of standards.

Great service and food. Great for a nice out and to celebrate. We went for a birthday and definitely made the birthday special.
not good value for money
The service is one of the best I have ever seen in Australia.
It appeared that the restaurant was under staffed. We waited a while to receive table water and place our order. The bread arrived after we had our entree. We saw other tables make complaints in relation to the service. The food was nice.
I absolutely adore this hotel. The rooms are superb, Club Milleseme is a wonderful experience but the hotel is really let down by the quality of the cuisine in Atelier. The menu is relatively uninspiring and the boullabaise was quite possible the worst I have ever tasted. Staff are lovely though. Fix the menu and you would match the truly outstanding experience you have with every other part of the hotel.

Very spacious and far from other tables, felt like private dining. Needed to get the attention of wait staff a few times.

Wonderful staff, very friendly & service was great . We had the Rib eye steak . Very tasty but would prefer to have sides included rather than having to pay for it .

The venue and service was lovely, the menu was a little limited if you aren’t a fan of seafood. However our meals were delicious and dessert was very, very yummy! As Accor members the value for money was excellent otherwise this would be a special Occassion destination.
Courses were served way too close together. Just finished eating our entrees and they took our empty plates away as the staff were standing by our table with our mains.we felt rushed. Food was nice.

Heard some negative feedback about this restaurant in the past but our experience last night was quite the opposite. We loved it!
Foods has no taste ,not enough flavor, specially seafood soup( $48 )is not recommend, expensive and has no flavor .only salads are nice.very dissatisfying.

We are regular customers at the Sofitel, our favorite waiters are Sid, andres and Sarah by far. Great customer service.
Well, we wanted to have the set menu $60 for two courses but the pricing doesn’t make sense. The burger and Nicoise salad are $56 separately and $60 as part of the menu. Asked the waitress about this and she said that the menu portions are smaller. Well, it should be the other way round if menu is more expensive, right? Then, we ordered a glass of wine each. Both got a splash. Yes, literally the glass got wet. My partner said could you pls put a little bit more. She did, but not for me. Didnt say anything. Another waiter poured “normal” wine glasses to the people at the next door table. I didn’t want to feel greedy but why I got half the amount of wine than others after I paid the same amount?
I was here for a special occasion being a birthday and an anniversary. Firstly we do really like this place. The space and location are excellent and the service is amongst the best in Sydney. On this occasion though there were a couple of errors with our order. The steak was over cooked and they initially missed one of our side dishes. This of course impacted our meal. Initially I was concerned by the response from the kitchen telling me that the steak was at the right temperature. That’s not what you want to hear... just look at it, was well medium, not medium rare... ie well overbooked. This meant my partner was eating and I was sharing her meal andcdudes eating on a side plate whilst they rectified the error. I want to say from this point, the staff were amazing. They re cooked the steak, brought an extra side and provided free drinks to both of us. That’s how you respond. Of course at these prices, and on our special occasion I’d rather have have had my food than be made to wait and my partner and I eat separately. That said the team responded excellently and did all they could to atone for the errors. I’d definitely recommend and I’d definitely go again.
