Back with a new look and feel, the refreshed interiors of the well-loved Asian Market Café are inspired from the black and white charm of Singapore’s historical colonial-style homes.

Wish hot beverages could include coffee also. Improvement for better nyonya kueh. Roti prata counter is good. Laksa gravy could be improved.
Service is good and waiter is very attentive. Food variety could be more and quality is average. Overall experience is good.
My father and mother had very bad stomach troble after they ate. We were quite worried abt the quality of the food. Might be the Laksa or Steamed Fish.
The Laksa, Mee soto need improvement.Taste pf these 2 noodles is not good.
Lighting is a bit dim in the restaurant. Food replenishment is not quick enough
Great variety of food with great quality. Service has been excellent with staff collecting the dirty plates almost instantly when you were done. Pleasantly airspeed by being informed by the staff of the 1 for a promo offered by credit cards. Definitely will visit again soon !
My previous dining experience at Asian Market Café was better than my last on 24 Jan 2020. I had ordered a small platter of Yu Sheng. As this is normally served before the guests commenced buffet but your staff on duty did not even asked till after we had commenced dinner. I obviously forgotten about it as I was just too concerned that the place where we were seated were too dim as commented by my guests too. As a result, I have decided to take out the Yu Sheng platter which I had ordered. I felt there was a lacking of the traditional Chinese new year dishes not only at the main buffet line but also at the desserts section e.g. kueh lapis, pineapple tarts, kueh bangkit, nian guo etc.
Service is great, excellent location and food is good.
My family and I had such a wonderful experience here. Nice ambience , wonderful staff and good food. Well recommended for big families to dine in.

Service staff were wonderful especially Sophia. I used to have LohHei at your restaurant and each time we were fortunate to have Sophia as our service staff.
I love the chilli crab, prawn sambal, prata, durian pudding and etc..
We have not been to AMC for several months. Therefore it was a pleasant surprise to see the new set-up/layout. Seems more spacious. Like the buffet lineup arrangement.
Most of the food trays are almost empty and takes a Long time to replenish. The serving staff was good, but the manager who was handling the billing was chasing and seemed impatient for us to finish our food.
The ambience inside the sushi counter areas especially the lights needs to be look at for vibrant dining just like the centre dining areas. The lights are too deem and I believe this is also another safety factor as the food like fish, crabs does have chocking effects. Staff attentiveness in cleaning the table is not done swiftly. Should improve attentiveness in collecting plates and pour water on the table without having to request constantly. The credit card promotion 1 to 1 - offers good cost dining however I feel that if there is no promo, the food menus should also be applicable like Friday and Saturday dining and should not have erased from the menu as the crowd last Monday, 20 Jan 20 was full house. There are more improvement to accommodate full diners inside Asian Cafe as well as replenishing foods like sushi to be done swiftly as the crowds was overwhelming. The beef satay's was not ready nor on the buffet servings as we need to wait for the food. As for desserts menu, suggest to incorporate bread pudding, sorbet and vanilla ice cream. As Fairmont is a well established hotel, this feedback should be look at constructively.

Great service from the service team and like to commerate on the service render by Andy which take the extra mile to ask us if our coffee was cold. Our family of 10 person had a great dining experience,

Chris and Ted very helpful reservations. Andy Goh very motivated waiter, kind and full of initiative. April very kindly arranged for my mum's birthday cake without any request. Buffet has improved in every way, food and presentation. Looking forward to dining here more often.
The Oyster were displayed really late :(
Floors and windows looked a little unclean. Other than that, The service and food selection was great.
