About Aqua Whiteladies Road
Bringing the best of Italian cuisine to Whiteladies Road, from the extensive a la carte, the early evening Aqua ‘classico’ menu, with breakfasts for early birds.
The interior of the beautifully refurbished Grade 2 listed building has been designed with warm walnut floors, bespoke chandeliers and the glazed south facing frontage makes a light and bright all-day venue – imagine you are in Rome.
16 of us had our Christmas party here and it was a wonderful evening. The food, atmosphere, service were all spot-on and overall it was a great success. Thank you.
Enjoyable evening on a very busy Saturday evening
Excellent level of service considering how busy the restaurant was
My rack of lamb was just too fatty and my jus had little flavour
Great restaurant! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, would highly recommend!
The food was nice, but the set menu had not appeared to change from our previous meal, a month before
For a family of six, with various ages, allergies and dietary requirements...it is a pleasure to come to such a lovely place where these needs are taken seriously. Thank you.
I introduced another friend to Aqua and she agreed it does well on every front. Delicious food and friendly service.
Our evening at Aqua was fantastic. The food was superb and wonderful service. Thank you to everyone. We would highly recommend
Great service and lovely food
The restaurant was very quiet as it was a Monday evening. I made a note that it was a birthday when I booked (two of the five of us had a birthday approaching) but I completely forgot I had done this on the day. Maria brought over a delicious brownie with ice cream and a candle at the end of our meal! The staff are lovely, food was very nice and value is good. Maria was very friendly.
The beef was very good as always
My family and I went for brunch at Aqua Whiteladies Rd on Sunday 28th October. There wasn’t any sourdough so we asked if we could have brown bread instead. All of the dishes came out it’s white bread and lukewarm. One dish even came out with cold beans which they had forgotten to heat up. The restaurant only had a handful of people in at the time to. All in all a terrible experience.
Lovely food with great service. Definitely will return.
The food, presentation, greeting, service and atmosphere is, as always, lovely and highly recommended. The one thing that, for me, lets down Aqua, Whiteladies Road, Bristol, is the ladies toilets. All the seats are broken, the 'stalls' are unbelievably small, so small that one is pressed up against the toilet to get in and out, and the hygiene of the detail is questionable. I would ask that the cleaners get in and close the door and look at what one would be looking at, when inside.
great place to meet for lunch --- very happy
Always enjoy going here and the staff are always nice. It was the first time we had tried the Sunday Roast dinner, we both enjoyed it.
Had a lovely meal yet again at my favourite restaurant in Bristol. It's always a special treat to come to Aqua and I am never disappointed. The only criticism I have on this visit was the waiting time between starters and the main courses. We were warned that there would be a wait due to high demand but we feel a complimentary drink would have been a nice touch to compensate for the wait. Nevertheless, the food was well worth the wait and the service is ALWAYS helpful, friendly and accommodating. Thank you again!
A highly disappointing early supper trip to Aqua. The waitress failed to order our starter so only our mains arrived. She got one drinks order wrong and then failed to order another. They'd run out of all but one of their Sunday roasts and when this arrived the rolled pork was scarcely visible and chewy when found. Food over-seasoned. Kids meals good value for money but not enough to tempt me back here. We used to come here regularly for an early Sunday evening meal - but will not be back now. Highly disappointing.
I was disappointed with the service and the food. I have sent an email to Aqua Whiteladies Road Bristol. I had to wait too long for my main course and my deserts
Always a great place for dinner
The food came out cold! However the waiter was extremely helpful, and was very apologetic, the manager on the other hand tried to justify it by saying staff never turnt up plus they were short staffed! Aqua on whiteladies road has gone down hill!!! The only thing I would give credit for is the toilets were updated and extremely clean
I brought my mum and dad to Aqua for lunch on the 2 course deal, and they loved it. They don't get out much as in their 70's, but the staff were friendly, explained what certain things were on the menu and talked away which made us all feel at ease. Service was quick, food was great and we got nice seats outside so able to watch the world go by on whiteladies rd. Will be back for sure.
The service was amazing, we were in for our wedding anniversary and the 2 ladies serving made us feel very welcomed and very friendly. Food was very good and we really enjoyed spending the night there. Great food and great staff, highly recommended!
