About Apron Bar and Restaurant
Located on the ground floor, Apron is a 152-seat restaurant with private dining area for up to 12 guests.
Overseen by Executive Chef Marco Lodigiani, Apron presents an a la carte menu for breakfast through dinner 7 days a week, with reservations available for both in-house guests and visitors.
To showcase the best of the region, Apron Restaurant uses locally-grown produce from within a 20km radius of the hotel. The carefully-curated, seasonal menu features a perfectly-balanced selection of dishes that allows diners to experience the culinary delights sourced from Moreton Bay and the surrounding network of micro-farms.
We had a magnificent evening - beautiful food of an extremely high standard, lovely decor, comfy chairs and exceptional service from the friendly staff. Well done team - we will definately be back. The only improvement would be a children's menu of a similar high standard (no nuggets and chips!!). Thanks so much for making the last night of our holiday so special.
You'd never expect to find a gem of a restaurant out at the Airport but we stumbled across this place and have been back a few times! Each time we've had great service and wonderful food! The ambience and decor provide a lovely setting for a meal. We have been there for special occasions such as Christmas and Mother's Day and have been extremely happy with our experience. Parking is provided free underneath the hotel. We will have to return!
We arrived for our dinner booking to find a note on the door saying that the hotel was closed.... Very disappointed
Mains were well presented using good produce. Service was a little slow but this was understandable given the small kitchen team. Server Annalise was very nice and friendly. I have tried many Accor restaurants (silver member) and this is definitely one of the better ones.
The wait staff are exceptional . Luca is a caring and gracious host.
We all enjoyed the whole experience. All the people were friendly and nice. Will be back soon xxxooo
All the servicing staff are great asset to the business. Food is absolutely delicious with good portion. A very pleasant dining experience.
I stopped in for dinner during an overnight layover, stayed in the hotel for the night. The experience was exceptional for me. The servers knew the menu and had good advice. The food was worth every penny, it was expensive but worth it. I had the scallops as a starter and they were mouthwatering. Perfectly cooked. The tenderloin for main was very tender and flavorful. The panna cotta was just divine. The open kitchen was fun to watch since I was alone. The restaurant was fairly quiet which was nice after a long day of flights. I fly through Brisbane once or twice a year and I look forward to trying to force an overnight just so I can eat at Apron more.
Wow......top meal and top service...they have got it right at this restaurant!
Waited way too long for meals (just over 1 hour 15min and then waited approx 20 minutes for desert. Way to kind for a simple order - kids sundae (ordered for the children) taking 20 minutes is not good enough
We took part in the buffet breakfast so am unable to review the a la carte menu. The buffet was nice, not as extensive as the Sofitel buffet where I regularly dine, but nice enough to start the day. Staff were very friendly. Table was slow to be cleared of used plates so we stacked them to one side. Overall a pleasant morning
Excellent service and the food was outstanding. Definitely recommend
Third time dining at Apron prior to traveling. First class experience very generous in all areas from wine pour to accommodating side dishes and the food excellent. What is important to me is the food is fresh with no additives! Always delicious.
Family party of six. Luca made our night. Wonderful, caring and entertaining host.
not excellent staff service and food quality
Food and service impeccable. This restaurant would be at home in any setting. Easy to forget you are at a airport n
I booked for lunch to catch up with friends and was a very basic menu mainly burgers and fish and chips For a Pullman Restaurant have had similar fries at Macdonalds Both burgers and fish and chips were tasty but I could have had more choice at the Ibis next door for lunch
We really enjoyed our meal, the staff were excellent and the food was exceptional. It was most memorable despite us being very tired having flown from Dubai via Singapore. Wonderful to find such quality and friendly, warm service in a transit hotel.
Excellent Al-a-carte dinning. Great meal, friendly staff. Highly recommended.
We dine with you as passing through for an overseas trip We weren’t expecting to much just a plain meal BUT to our surprise we had the most amazing steak we have ever eating anywhere in the world Thanku Justin we will certainly be dinning with you again on our next trip I’m so glad we booked as the restaurant was packed with people waiting outside Should have realised then we were in for an awesome meal Nothing like a yummy full belly before a flight Thanks Justin x
We have been many times and had always enjoyed the experience however this time was different. We enjoyed a bottle of wine Mothers Milk and decided that we would go with a second one which in the opinion of everyone at our table and the waitress it was a different wine but the manager insisted there was nothing wrong. Left a very sour taste in our mouth and spoiled our evening.
Proved to be a wonderful setting for a family breakfast gathering. The range of choices catered for all tastes with some appealing innovations on offer. Welcoming to children and with service that struck the balance between being friendly and attentive without being overly intrusive. Looking forward to the next time.
