About Apron Bar and Restaurant
Located on the ground floor, Apron is a 152-seat restaurant with private dining area for up to 12 guests.
Overseen by Executive Chef Justin Zammit, Apron presents an a la carte menu for breakfast through dinner 7 days a week, with reservations available for both in-house guests and visitors.
To showcase the best of the region, Apron Restaurant uses locally-grown produce from within a 20km radius of the hotel. The carefully-curated, seasonal menu features a perfectly-balanced selection of dishes that allows diners to experience the culinary delights sourced from Moreton Bay and the surrounding network of micro-farms.
We had a beautiful dinner. The food was just gorgeous.... tasty and beautifully presented. The staff were perfect too.
The ambience is quiet and relaxing with stylish decor and excellent service. The food is top class with delicious food on offer. We so enjoyed our dining experience, as we have previously. We will be back.

I believe your mains are terribly overpriced If people sharing some food - it is expected that you provide small plates not only cutlery Starters were interesting but not fully balanced, which was a little bit disappointing Deserts were ok, but on a sweet side for my tasting

Absolutely wonderful meal and service at The Apron. We went for our anniversary and weren't disappointed at all. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The service was equally excellent. We've already recommended to others.
Service was excellent, and the hazelnut rack of lamb was amazing. Please don't remove it from the menu.
Last night in Australia perfect!
Food was great however they charged my credit card twice I called and was told this was a common occurrence quite frequently strange for a hotel that has been open for over a year lucky my bill was a small one and not my usual fine dining experience bill. I am an accord plus member never had this happen before. I was told I have to drive back to the hotel 50 minute away to get my money back not very impressed.....

A great place for a delicious dinner especially if flying. Being an Accor Plus makes it even better value.
Excellent service and great environment...
The “service was nonexistent”. Placed drinks order for 2 people & 5 minutes later were asked by the same staff member what we would like to order. Questioned three times by another staff member as to what wine we had ordered and still delivered the wrong wine. Paid $72.00 for a bottle of wine which the staff poured 2 glasses. Had to request the empty beer bottle and glass be removed from the table. Unbelievable non service considering we were the only 2 diners. Food was delicious and we complimented the chef accordingly. Your wait staff really need to lift their game
I think the food has lost its appeal compared with when it first opened. Service n drink is as good as before. Convenient location if you r visiting the airport area
Enjoyed a very nice lunch in a very well styled restaurant. It was quiet, but loved that, we could enjoy a very pleasant and relaxing lunch. Food and service was great! We are locals in Brisbane and will definitely be back!
Better variety of priced dishes for different travellers would improve the experience
This is a surprisingly good restaurant located inside an airport hotel. Breakfast was very good with a hot and cold buffet with the option of eggs being cooked any way you wanted. Dinner was a stand out - I wouldn't travel from Brisbane just to eat there but it's almost getting to that level. The Accor card was accepted which affected our value for money score.
We had an excellent meal, service was outstanding and feels upmarket. Would highly recommend
Food was good but some problems. Husband had ox cheek, needed more sauce. I was surprised about my backstrap, pink but DRY. Pistachio crem brûlée’s no flavour or sweetness, donuts to die for
Was wonderful friendly service- didn’t get my booking as there were problems with receiving the details however went out of their way to accommodate us
Another great meal. Pork cooked to perfection and apparently the beef cheek was superb.
