El restaurante nos gusta mucho y en los últimos años hemos ido en cada una de nuestras visitas a Venecia.Los tagliolini con granseola son excepcionales, así como el fégato a la veneciana. Sin embargo, y aunque me gustan los animales, no creo que sea higiénico permitir la entrada de perros en el local durante las comidas.

Unfortunately due to extenuating circumstances in Venice the week we traveled, we missed the reservation. The worst Aqua Alta in many years flooded the city. All of our plans changed and we did not make the reservation. I was very surprised the restaurant charged 70 euros for the missed reservation. It is quite a shame.

My favorite restaurant in the world and the first place I ate (because I was staying in the neighborhood) on my first trip ever to Europe. Superlative in every way, we always return if we’re in the area; currently in Verona. Their signed menu from 2015 is framed and hanging in place of honor in our dining room at home.

Hi, Clearly your restaurant is very popular and successful. And although I had read about it, I came because a friend also recommended it so highly. I must share with you that our experience was a big disappointment. And I offer this feedback with the hope that you'll make improvements for future guests, The biggest issue was that our server (female, blonde hair) was very impatient and unfriendly. She was literally in a rush to take the orders, reluctant to answer questions, and she truly spoiled the mood of what we hoped would be a special meal. We were so put off by her that we chose not to have dessert and coffee - we just wanted to escape the unpleasantness and not spend more time (and money) feeling unwanted. The second issue we had was that most of the food we had was too salty. This was especially noticeable in the pasta with duck ragout and the fritto misto. Finally, i was disturbed to see a gentleman at the next table get served the wrong dish, and then have to argue and defend himself before the servers (and finally the manager) would correct it - they tried to tell him HE ordered wrong. Really shocking. With your reputation, I'm sure you can continue to be successful, but it seems like the restaurant is resting on its laurels. And if others have a similar experience to us, you will eventually lose customers. Summarizing... Nasty waitress, food too salty, condescending customer service. Hope you're able to correct these shortcomings.
