Situated in the heart of Ferring, West Sussex Andalucia was opened in 1988 by Manuel Quirosa and his wife Susan; Manuel hailing from Sacromonte (Granada) at the heart of Andalucia.
Their original aim was to bring some of that zestful Spanish style cooking right here to Sussex, and this remains our passion today. Come dine in a contemporary, relaxed environment surrounded by exceptional Spanish wines.
We look forward to welcoming you
Excellent evening and food. as always, very enjoyable.
I love this restaurant! I have dined here on many occasions and the food has been consistently superb on each of my visits! Since the restaurant has undergone a recent, major renovation, the whole dining experience with Manuel and his team, has become one to be savoured and enjoyed. Thank you for bringing a little piece of Andalucia to Ferring. Olè!
very good service and the food is the best Spanish tapas we have eaten in this country , superb .
We had a wonderful New Years Eve lunch as a family. Fabulous food, some of the best tapas we've ever had, including in Spain. Friendly, helpful staff and a lovely atmosphere.
Pleasantly surprised at the new restaurant. Decor great, food outstanding, service excellent. Have recommended this restaurant to family and friends in the past and will continue to do so. Its great to see a family business move with the times and still have very high standards of service and cuisine. Highly recommended.
Brilliant, as always. Managed to squeeze in a chocolate cheesecake this time too. Gorgeous! Coconut ice cream was spot on. We will be returning!
1st visit since the refurb and WOW! The new restaurant is fantastic, the food was really good, beautifully cooked and beautifully presented, we were recommended a wine by the wine waiter and it complimented the food wonderfully, the waiting staff were attentive without being fussy, thoroughly enjoyed the visit and will most definitely be returning.
An excellent evening.
Excellent as ever, looking forward to seeing the cocktail bar opening
Exceptional. Best restaurant in the area by a long way
We loved the modernisation, everything about the meal amazing! Food fantastic, beautifully presented, can’t wait to return.
Only our second visit. Tried some different dishes, all as brilliant as the dishes we had tried on our first visit. Hidden gem in quiet Ferring. Staff were wonderful, polite and attentive. Third visit already booked!
Fantastic environment, fabulous food and great service . Loved also seeing your mum and dad.... love them You have done such a fantastic job, very well done and can’t recommend it highly enough
As on each of our visits, thoroughly enjoyed our fabulous meal and friendly service.
Lovely new Restaurant.. staff are very courteous and friendly.. its a pleasure to dine there..
This was our first visit to Andalucia & we will definitely be back. It was wonderful. Each & every dish we tried was exquisite. We enjoyed the prawns pil pil so much that we ordered a 2nd serving. Both the white wine & the red wine that we tried were delicious. The staff were attentive without being intrusive. All in all we had a fabulous evening & a first class experience.
Since we last visited (Oct 15) the dining area has been totally re sited. The menu was smaller and the prices much increased. The service was fine and the food still good, but not value for money I'm afraid.
Lovely lunch menu, beautiful food. Staff very welcoming, but we found the restaurant a bit chilly. The weather was cold!
Brilliant food, service and surroundings. Have already re-booked! Highly recommended!
Once again, fantastic evening in Andalucia.
A great place to eat, even better now with recent refurbishment
We had an excellent meal but it was a shame we were the only people in the restaurant - probably due to the renovations taking place.
I like the new layout but the table we had was isolated from the main area and near to the toilets - not so good really as it takes away from the experience. The food, as ever, was very good. And the staff were friendly and efficient.
The food was excellent and the wine list extensive and interesting, with a tremendous range of Spanish wines, though a little overpriced. The service was great and the staff were attentive and knowledgable and the restaurant has been extended and revamped. It looks great but where we were was a bit characterless.
