Recently hailed by the Guardian as “Food-wise, the most exciting thing to hit Brighton for years” – 64 degrees style of modern dining has become the go to hotspot in the city.

The ever changing menu features a selection of modern, innovative & above all delicious plates of food – designed so that you can order several to share & enjoy.
The drinks menu also offers fine examples of locally produced wines, craft beers & English spirits.
Fantastic evening, loved everything!
Beautiful restaurant, stunning food. A wonderful evening. Thank you!
Michelin standard food in a buzzing atmosphere! We’ll look forward to the next time!
One of the best menus yet!
A fantastic dining experience enhanced by the close proximity of chef and diner. Our party of 3 selected 9 of the 12 sharing plates and of these most enjoyed the jerk salmon, toasted coconut and pineapple. I only wish I could find this recipe published online as I would love to have a go at reproducing it. Would definitely recommend 64 degrees to friends and family.
Innovative small plates that executed superbly with great skill, care and attention. Service very friendly and attentive, had yet another seriously good feed here.Thank you chaps.
second visit and as enjoyable as the first, will certainly be back soon
The food and drinks were amazing however on arrival my table wasn’t ready and while we were eating I felt rushed
A lovely friend recommended 64 Degrees. It was our 20th Wedding Anniversary and we wanted something a little special and it truly was. Loved the calm vibe in the kitchen, the chefs were all incredibly enthusiastic and proud of the dishes they cooked and placed at the pass for us all. Friendly FOH staff and all in all a really wonderful evening. 🙂
64 degrees is just fantastic! The food is so delicious... every plate looks and tastes like a piece of art! The team is great and tge atmosphere relaxed and easygoing. Every time I come to Brighton, 64 Degrees is a must! Thank you! Eleanor from Zurich, Switzerland
The staff are lovely. Super friendly and attentive and were also very tolerant of my friend and I faffing for ages over the menu! It was a lovely evening with a very interesting variety of dishes and flavours.
Every dish delicately thought though, loved it thank you. I ate at Pascere last week and it was a disappointment. You restored my faith in Brighton restaurants thank you
Really pleasant evening, food was excellent and the staff were friendly and professional! Look forward to returning for another visit!
My manager advised me to go to this restaurant for my birthday and he was true ! It was one of the best restaurant I have ever seen ! Incredible
Super tasty, creative food using ingredients I’ve never heard of but certainly tried (and failed) to buy after. We aren’t your stereotypical fine dining customers but we were made to feel super welcome. 64° avoids the stuffy ‘know which fork’s which’ atmosphere completely.
Mushroom dish didn't work for our table but all the others were wonderful, especially the Beetroot dish and the Parsnips, which were divine.
Brilliant exciting menu, fantastic service, constant innovation with a dedicated team
We celebrated getting married eating dinner here and it was wonderful. To be fair, my partner who eats meat and fish enjoys every dish and so do I, just feel some of the veggie dishes are sometimes missing something. but always a pleasure to eat here, it's such a treat. Staff are always great.
We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience, despite the limited elbow room and time limit. The food was superb and the service outstanding. A real treat, thank you.
Really lovely evening food was great and the feel of the place was laid back and relaxed
Lucky enough to get one of the three tables during our short stay in Brighton, we enjoyed a fantastic meal surrounded by very mindful staff. The menu was addictive, the drinks very well fitting. Thanks for a grand evening!
First time visit having been made aware of its reputation beforehand. An evening sitting. The food, staff and ambiance was excellent. I enjoyed being reminded by the staff what each dish comprised of when it was presented to us. The sharing tasters are a great way to try dishes and ingredients you might normally shy away from.
Wine a little pricey but overall a great dining experience. I would highly recommend.
This was genuinely one of the best meals I've eaten this year. Sitting at the bar watching the care and skill in the kitchen was one thing...but the flavours when they hit my mouth were outstanding. This is classy classy cooking. And then you add the genuine friendliness at every point of contact where people are willing to take the time to talk about how it's all done. I'm so glad I don't live closer. It would cost me a fortune.
