Lovely afternoon tea, looking forward to the next one! X
Afternoon Tea was lovely and they catered for dietary needs without any fuss. Only negative was that when people wanted specific coffees such as Americano/ Cappuchino they were charged additional as only normal coffee included in afternoon tea.
Lovely afternoon tea, sandwiches were delicious as were the small cakes and the warm scones. Staff were all friendly and helpful, refills on the tea were offored regularly and we were even offored a free glass of bubbly as a sorry for our afternoon tea being brought out late, which we didn't notice as we were just enjoying the tea and the venue itself. Will come again, sister and mother in law want to be taken on their next visit to Liverpool.
Food absolutely excellent & very pleasant helpful staff
The service is attentive and friendly but not intrusive. The food is always delicious. The surroundings are classy yet comfortable.
A lovely evening spent with family celebrating a 60th wedding anniversary. The food and service were first class. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and the staff were professional and friendly. Highly recommended.
A super evening - menu was fabulous.
I have been to 60 Hope Street several times. The food is seasonal and delicious and, for the quality of the ingredients and its preparation, good value. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Good location.
Good service. Excellent lamb.
Afternoon tea with my niece, the food was delicious and just enough, staff were friendly, attentive and efficient with all in the room. The only criticism I have is the choice of music which, to me, was loud and strident, but maybe that’s my age! Thank you for providing a lovely afternoon.
Lovely birthday lunch celebration for my wife, she was delighted to have a window table - thanks so much for that. Food, wine, service and ambience all superb. We will definitely return soon!
We had such a perfect wedding at 60 Hope st. The service and care was outstanding and all our needs were catered for. Lovely location and atmosphere. Food was fantastic, especially the canapés. Special thanks to Laura for help in planning and meeting our needs for the day.
Would have been pleasant to be asked if we would like more sandwiches or scones or even more tea For the price this should be an option
Early evening menu is such good value. Had a fabulous meal in a very lovely restaurant.
It was a lovely experience – good service, delicious dishes, lovely atmosphere!
Afternoon tea was very disappointing, a few small finger sandwiches, 1 tiny scone each and a few small other things and a single pot of tea between 2 people.average quality food.
The food was lovely and staff friendly but we did feel rather rushed (starter arrived not long after our pre-dinner cocktail) which was a shame and seemed unecessary given there appeared to be few covers that night.
Lovely food and brilliant service Look forward to coming back
Lovely food, great service. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.
Amazing food and excellent service
The food and service were excellent, cannot fault it at all. The lovely little surprise dessert to celebrate our anniversary was a great finish to a fabulous meal.
Lovely anniversary meal with excellent service
Very enjoyable meal with a good choice of dishes on the menu, all of which were tempting.
I really like hope street, i think my parter and i just visited on an off night. I have to stress i will be going back. usually we go to this place for a special occasion, for a celebration as it is very nice. This time though we ordered the potatoes where not cooked, the main itself, wasnt the best either and i left a lot. For the money it was not worth it at all but as i have stated, we will go back. The staff are always very good and the food (usually) wonderful. I left disappointed but understnanding.
