Excellent food prticularly the venison, turnot and lamb + attentive, friendly service as always. We love this place + happily travel from Shropshire to eat here.
Delicious food served in beautiful surroundings by delightful staff. The only restaurant in Liverpool we will take Clients to, as all aspects of the restaurant are consistently good. With so much choice in Liverpool, make this your No. 1.
Faultless pre-concert dining.
We were delighted with the way in which we were looked after in the PDR. Lovely evening, great atmosphere and of course the food was very good. Good work by Chef Neil!
Lovely meal, fantastic staff / venue
The staff were very professional and friendly
I love it at No.60. The wreath making class with afternoon tea was the perfect way to spend a decadent Sunday afternoon. Thanks to the brilliant staff for the warm, friendly and excellent service.
We really enjoyed the afternoon tea and wreath making class and was a perfect way to get into the Christmas spirit! Would recommend!
Friendly staff, lovely food.
Lovely professional service
Great dinner. Staff and food were brilliant, best meal I’ve ever had.
Hi we came on Friday to have dinner with a birthday gift voucher that you kindly extended the time on. The booking and service we received on arrival were very very good but sadly the food was not. The plaice my husband had was barely edible and we would have told the staff had we been asked, but they just cleared the plates despite my husbands being full. It was busy because of the Christmas bookings you had in but we did feel a little unloved. I was also disappointed to find a small lunch menu as the focus was obviously on Christmas. For the cost of the meal we really didn't have a great experience and I'd be reluctant to return.
A very festive and delicious afternoon tea.
A truly magical experience. The environment was stunning and the staff were attentive without being fussy. We felt so relaxed that we wanted to stay all afternoon!
It was noisy upstairs due to a large Christmas party ( only to be expected this time of year )we had my parents with us. I asked about the possibllity of moving down stairs. This was no problem and still amazing service. Thank you
Needed to squish past customers who were smoking and standing at the top of the steps in front of the entrance. Inside only other table occupied by extremely noisy and rowdy group. Food was tasty. Several people served us and were pleasant & efficient.
Great food, great service and great atmosphere
I was impressed that staff had been made aware that a member of our party had a nut allergy and dealt with this appropriately. A very enjoyable occasion.
Would highly recommend this restaurant fabulous food great service and setting
An excellent lunch with great service. Restaurant was nearly empty so no real 'buzz' going on, hence the 4 star atmosphere
Beautifully cooked and prepared meals. One could mix between set and a la carte. Well dressed tables. Attentive but not hurried. Relaxing lunch to celebrate graduation at nearby philamonic hall.
We had an excellent meal with first class service in very pleasant surroundings.
I have been twice now and I still think there is not enough vegetarian choice
Excellent, friendly service and superb food
