Second time coming here bc I was so impressed the first time. Didn’t disappoint the second time, good was amazing, service was great and value for money. Definitely recommend a try
Very disappointing !!!!!!! Terrible food , slow service . Under the stairs - no outlook !! Not Accor standard we expected !!!!!! Disappointed Father’s Day breakfast !
Very pleasant father day lunch, very accomadating with 4 boisterous kids under 6yrs and total of 16 people. Food was plentiful and value for money
I dined with friends a couple of months ago, food was good but service was terrible. What a turn around last night. Food was very good, and the service very good. The young lady who waited on our table was great. Friendly, professional. Excellent service. Wish I'd got her name.
All our meals were delicious and service was good. Great place for dinner before attending riverside theatre.
Wonderful food & fabulous staff. We had a show to attend at the theatre next door. The staff made sure we got there with time to spare. We recommend to future customers, we will definitely go back.
Very confused service, they didn’t know which was the correct menu to offer us for the evening. After 3 goes they worked out the correct menu. This then delayed our meal and we had to leave to catch our show and then return to finish our desert. Very noisy area of the hotel for the restaurant. Not great guys!
The restaurant is very good and handy when visiting The Riverside Theatre.
Enjoyed our dinner on the whole. Steak and lamb dishes were delicious with meat cooked exactly as we requested. Only disappointment was the quinoa salad starter which consisted of unseasoned, undressed quinoa with a few deep fried veggies on top. Looked and tasted bleh!
The food and service were great. We had the pre-theatre deal with parking included. Our meals arrived quickly so we didn’t feel rushed. We are looking forward to coming back and trying the other menu.
Garlic bread should be first Not reminding them about it after mains come out. Well does not mean bleeding onto bread/plate
We have noticed a big improvement in the service from previous visits. Waiting time also was much better.
we really had a good time at 350 me and my fiancé we enjoyed so much especially the service from Jia was 5star .
Lovely pre-theatre dinner and the free on site parking is a huge bonus.
Perfect for pre-show dinner. Food was great and service very attentive.
Great service Pleasant staff and very efficient
Service had improved enormously since my last visit
The food at Restaurant 350 was well prepared with nice presentation. Drinks were reasonably priced. A very good option for dining and drinks in this precinct of Parramatta.
Delicious food, especially the pork belly! A more intimate atmosphere would have been nicer - it seemed like the restaurant was in the lobby of the hotel which I found a little odd. Prices were a little expensive.
It is convenient when you are going to Riverside Theatre. I am amazed that you cannot be guaranteed parking if you are dining and also as a guest in the hotel you have to pay for parking. My memory of past years is that the pre-theatre dinner also included a glass of wine, however, this is no longer the case. I guess change of management and the need to make more profit has resulted in this. I think in future I may well look at an alternative place to dine and stay.
Given that it's a hotel restaurant that's virtually IN the lobby, it's unreasonable to expect much in the way of atmosphere, but it does remarkably well in the circumstances. The menu and wine list are limited, but there's something there for every palate. Prices are in line with the better establishments in Church Street - not cheap, but not unreasonable. This all sounds like "damnng with faint praise", but it's one of our regular choices. Overall, four and a half stars.
Expected a little more from the Novotel Parramatta breakfast buffet. Have dined at several other Novotel’s for breakfast and this has got to have the worst selection. They had potato gems rather then actual hash browns, no mushrooms, only scrambled eggs out on buffet nothing to say you can order to your preference etc. even The Rooty Hill Novotel was so much better then the Parramatta Novotel.
Hada great lunch.
Delicious food. Went for s birthday and nothing special was placed on the table or suggestion of a birthday cake. Would recommend other places for celebration but for a great dinner and delicious food this place is worth a visit.
