I found the place was most welcoming and pleasant. The food was great. Most delicious menu ever. Thank you for this experience
Meat platter is worth it..however better if it was hotter.
Good food at a low price with my Accor card.Would come back for sure.
Great food and service. Good serving sizes also.
We use the 350 Restaurant every time we attend a Riverside Theater event and as usual, we were impressed with the service and food provided. We look forward to the next event and trust that the free car parking will remain for diners of the restaurant.
Service was excellent and food plentiful. Wine by the glass was delicious but a bit expensive.
Booked for dinner before the Elton John concert. Food was excellent - would recommend the seafood spaghetti and the cauliflower entree - unusual but really enjoyable. Will go again
Food and service were good but restaurant is tired looking and cramped, and feels like you’re dining in a foyer. Curtains around service area are hanging off their tracks.
We've chosen to eat at 350 several times now, primarily because free parking is offered with the meal, and the food selection is appetising and not too expensive. On the occasion I am being asked to review, I must say it wasn't a typical night, with Elton John's final Sydney show playing only a block away and the restaurant and bar were full to bursting. Booking staff were very kind and allowed me to bring our booking forward when the Elton management sent a message to say Elton was coming on 40 mins ahead of schedule. They were also very kind to advise that we should arrive even earlier if we wanted to use the free parking. Sure enough, the parking lot had a FULL sign when I arrived before 5pm for a 5.45 booking, but when a few cars had left someone from reception came out and moved the sign. All good. Unfortunately my dinner companion got stuck in traffic and was 30 mins late. I ordered a cocktail when I first arrived but it took 75 minutes to arrive, at which time I received two cocktails, but they weren't what I ordered. So that was a pretty boring 75 minutes. I munched on the two cherries instead. After texting my friend, I ordered both our meals so hers would be there when she arrived. They told me the meals would take 20 minutes. Unfortunately, even though my friend arrived 20 minutes later on the dot, the meals took 45 minutes, so we were quite rushed at the end, despite the fact that I arrived over two hours before we had to leave. The meals however were hot and delicious. The right cocktail eventually arrived, but too late to really gulp down, so I left most of it. Not an ideal night, but not a typical one either. Previous meals at this restaurant have been much more relaxed and the service more timely, and the complication of my late friend meant that after a while, they sort of just ignored us. We'll still give it a go on our next occasion in North Parra.
Great pre-show dinner venue. High quality food, good serving sizes, excellent menu and wine selection, attention to detail and friendly staff even under pressure.
The new menu is good and the quality of the dishes are better than before.
Very pleased all up good value and pleasantly exceeded our expectations.Really good food
Were disappointed when we were told we had to have only entree and main meal only. As returning guests we voiced our concern stating we had never been told this before. The theatre menu listed choice of 2 or 3. Reluctantly they agreed we could have dessert rather than entree. Were told they would do this only this once. You need to change your theatre menu and advise guests when booking that desserts are not available
Jai was absolutely amazing . His service was very attentive and outstanding . Even through we had some issues with the way the lamb was cooked , he was able to rectify for me very quickly . We glad that we dined at the restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary as we had a fantastic service from Jai
Very disappointing. Arrived just before 6pm. No bar service. No chardonnay. A young lady who was not bar staff tried her best to assist. Dinner service slow. 2 bottles of wine selected from wine list were not available. We settled for a very average bottle of NZ Sav Blanc which was at least available. Potato fries ordered were not served with main meal despite asking twice. We cancelled them but still on bill. Spaghetti mains were devoid of taste or sauce. Dry. I'm rethinking my Accor membership. I persuaded my guests to cancel their reservation at another restaurant to join me at 350. Very embarrassing.
Steaks were cooked perfectly, it's a shame there's no kids menu though
Absolutely disgraceful experience. Five out of seven meals were incorrect, despite the waitress clearly writing down our orders, other staff were rude, food was mediocre at best. Certainly will not be returning or recommending to anyone.
food was nice, ambience lacking
The meal was so beautifully presented and tasted divine.
Perfect as a partner with Riverside Theatre
We all enjoyed our lunch and would certainly return Staff were friendly and efficient
Whilst the food is always very good the location could be better. It’s like the restaurant has been stuffed into a corner of the lobby. Great service and lovely food
We have dined here on numerous occasions and have always been very happy with food and service. Unfortunately, our last visit was disappointing. We had a 6:15 pm booking for dinner before the show at Riverside over the road. This was acknowledged when we were seated. We ordered a shared entree and a main each. Our entree took forever to come (a small pizza which seemed to have only been heated in the microwave). Our mains arrived 20 minutes before the show's opening. My steak was cooked well and was very tender. My husband's salmon was overcooked and arrived without any sauce. It took 5 minutes for the sauce to arrive. The "beurre blanc" was cold, insipid and lacked acidity so my husband requested a slice of lemon in its place. It took another 5 minutes for the lemon to come. Meanwhile I had to eat my main on my own. As soon as I finished, I went to pay the bill while my husband had to eat his meal in 5 minutes. Paying the bill took time as there were other customers in front of me complaining that they had prebooked a package and that their desserts had not yet arrived. They were all extremely annoyed. Wait staff seemed very stressed. We were 7 minutes late for the show. Not at all happy. PS: The young man at the bar was very professional.
Well where do I start? You advertise a pretheater menu and you would expect a level of commitment to have you out by the time your theater starts. But NO. This is what we received at 350.We were seated at 6:15pm with the pretheater menu on the table good start you would think..NO we then where left for 30 min and had to flag down a waiter to take our order and explained that theater started at 7:30pm. We picked the 2 course option because the thought that would the fastest...NO. Entree came out around 7:00PM, food was ok nothing above a buffet. Mains then arrived around 7:15PM now its rush hour. food was ok like hospital food except for the lamb raw on the inside uneatable...How its 7:28PM we are trying to settle the bill. Now rush to the Riverside Theater to see Bran Nue Dae we did make it. But this is not how you have a evening out. PS there is no option to have NO stars for Food, Service or Atmosphere .
