About 210 Bistro - Aberdeen
Our restaurant on the first floor is the ideal place to enjoy a gastronomic experience, featuring both traditional and contemporary dishes, in a stylish setting with a relaxed friendly atmosphere. We are dedicated to serving only quality food and wines. Our menus, Created by Head Chef Steven Frei, features a range of dishes to compliment the very best of the season and drawing on his international experience. We source as much of our produce locally as possible with game, meat, fish and vegetables arriving daily, fresh from the markets.
Really enjoyed our meal. Pleasant helpful staff. Have already recommended you and will return.
Lovely food and cocktails
Fabulous food as always - especially the innovative ice cream concoctions on offer😉 The staff were very attentive and pleasant, but not very knowledgeable about some of the dishes in particular two of the potato accompaniments, and had to ask the chef how they were cooked. It lacked in atmosphere probably because it was very quiet with only two tables occupied including our own. We used a Spree voucher and it was exceptionally good value. Thank you to all the lovely staff on duty on the 10th.
1st time here and will definitely be back lovely food
The second floor private room was perfect for our hen party celebrations. Adele answered all my weird and wonderful questions before the event and was very accommodating regarding decoration and other requests. Our server on the day was great and popped in regularly for drink orders. The buffet food was fab and high quality. Overall a great experience.
Lovely meal & friendly staff!
The food was delicious and very well presented. Very polite, attentive staff. 210 Bistro is well worth a visit.
The food was excellent and the two waitresses were both very friendly and pleasant. If these were the only things I was judging on I would definitely return in the future. Unfortunately the restaurant was very quiet (apparently not uncommon even on a Friday night). There was a small mistake on our order (french fries came vs. the sweet potato fries ordered) which was quickly rectified. The only negative was regarding drinks orders, we ordered a cocktail to start the meal which took over 20 minutes to arrive, given how quiet the restaurant was I found this quite surprising. Additionally the initial cocktail I had requested was not available due to a lack of ingredients, again given how quiet the restaurant was I feel that it was a bit of a poor show not to be able to advise me of this immediately rather than coming back after 5minutes to apologies. I will definitely be visiting again for an early dinner menu, hopefully the drinks issues was a one off.
No background music and as we were the only 2 people in the restaurant it was sort of awkward and quiet.
I have been here before. But sadly it did not meet my expections of the first visit. Food did not seem at its freshest. And If it was not for the company of my friends there would have been no atmosphere.
We arrived at seven pm and two items were already off the menu. We then placed an order for steaks only to be told there were no crispy onions avalabe and no alternitive offered when asked which side I would like I asked for a salad only to be told I would get salsa which was like a salad .when the sweet arrived was already melted in the small bowl. I also had such a problem trying to book on line that my husband had to come into the resteraunt government book a table all in all not a very happy experience .
very freindly staff, food tasted amazing ,
The staff were very friendly, we got seat right beside the window with a nice view of the harbour and Aberdeen city. I had the scallops and cod cheek which was amazing and I tried by girlfriends parma ham duck which was also delicious.
I had my 40th birthday afternoon tea at 210 Bistro in one of the private rooms. After this we moved downstairs to a reserved area in the bar. The cocktails were great and the nibbles that we ordered later in the evening was lovely to. Highly recommend and will most definitely be back :)
I organised my 40th birthday afternoon tea at 210 Bistro in one of the private rooms. This was great as there was only 10 of us, but we had the room from 2pm to 5pm. We then moved downstairs to a reserved area in the bar. The food and drink was excellent and the service was perfect. Highly recommend and will most definitely be back :)
An excellent evening, great venue and vista with great service and lovely food. Well done to all and thank you for looking after us all so very well.
Great service and lovely food.
We really enjoyed the intimate atmosphere of the restaurant and the unusual local produce that the chef and staff promote makes a visit all the more interesting. Do try the bistro bar during the day and I heartily recommend a burger with sweet potato fries accompanied by one of the best pints of Guinness north of the Dee!
Great food, well presented and served, by friendly and helpful staff, in lovely bright, clean and open surroundings. All helped along by quality wine chilled to perfection. Keep up the great work, we'll be back.
An extremely pleasant lunch with my family with excellent and friendly service. Food interesting and of good value.
First time to this restaurant and it certainly will not be the last. The food was excellent and the staff very attentive. Three courses each, a bottle of wine and a few drinks for £100 approx. Worth every penny. Looking forward to our next visit.
This was my fourth time at 210 for afternoon tea, and once again it was just great. The service is always friendly and efficient, and the food is so tasty! Always fresh and so much choice with the afternoon tea. I honestly believe that it’s probably the best place in Aberdeen for afternoon tea. Service, quality and value for money are all excellent.
A great night with lovely food presentation and quality served with style by friendly and attentive staff.
Fantastic meal and service, couldn’t fault a thing
