About 11 Cadogan Gardens
Gather friends and family and indulge in the fine tradition of afternoon tea.
Not only can you enjoy this quintessentially British pastime in the comfort of our Drawing Room at 11 Cadogan Gardens but it is also available in the relaxed setting of Hans’ Bar & Grill.
Our Afternoon Tea is served between 2.30pm and 5.30pm daily and is priced at £29.00 per person for Classic Afternoon Tea and £39.00 per person for Champagne Afternoon Tea.
My friends and I had a wonderful time. :)
Sadly the sandwiches were not very nice, dry bread, poor ingredients and the scones were old and hard
Smashing service, absolutely great atmosphere, enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea.
As always excellent !!!
Lovely, delicious, refreshing way of escaping the world. Seemed more professional than the last time we visited a few months ago. Highlight of the tea, from a culinary viewpoint, was the spiced scone. Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year Number 11!
It was perfect .
Amazing experience. The most attentive staff from the doorman to our servers. An oasis of calm amid the busy Sloane Street. Wonderful food. The nicest turkey sandwich to the festive spiced scones. Very impressed.
Afternoon tea was lovely and beautifully presented. Staff were very attentive without being obtrusive. However I found the cost of water to be rather steep, despite having asked for tap water. All in all I would happily visit again but avoid asking for any extras.
WOW! What can I say!? This was without a doubt the best afternoon tea experience I have had. Everything from the immaculate service to the stunning surroundings of the hotel was absolutely magical. Thank you so much for such an unforgettable time and I cannot wait to come again hopefully very soon. Special mention must go to Monica who served us, Daniel and "Jenny from the block". What a wonderful team.
The food was very nice although a couple of the sandwiches bread was slightly stale as if they had been left out a while. The lady that took our order etc was lovely but when we came to pay we couldn't find anyone. we went to the desk by the resturant where a member of your team passed us twice not acknowledging us so we went to the front desk and had to ask to pay. The service charge was automatically added which we did not like and asked for it to be taken off.
The surroundings and quality of food were excellent however the service was a little disappointing - we weren’t welcomed particularly warmly and we waited quite a time before being served with no explanation of the way afternoon tea worked here. Our waiter was friendly and polite but I would say perhaps more staff were required.
Our large party had very friendly service with a personal touch, and enjoyed very nice drinks and nibbles. We had drinks in the Chelsea Bar which we found rather dark (difficult to read the drinks menu), and a few of our party wished for a greater choice in the beer menu, but otherwise it's a lovely place for drinks.
Great hotel, Concierge very helpful Really nice staff could do enough.
Great , very nice place.
I received a very good service even though I went later than the reservation. The food and tea were very good. ありがとう！
The crockery and cutlery used were not what was expected for English Tea in a Cadogan Hotel - in other words, rather plain and unattractive. The quality of service was quite good. The Hotel is located in an attractive and quiet part of the city, easily accessible from Sloane Square.
Great Afternoon Tea (offer was very good value😉)🥂🥂 We very liked the variety of items and appreciated the unexpected Happy Birthday mini cake and candle - thank you! Service from Lorraine was great and she was clear and helpful throughout. A minor quibble - I was surprised that you used tea bags as oppose to loose leaf tea as most upmarket Afternoon Tea establishments use loose leaf tea. Great experience overall and within an hour I had booked for two more friends next week.
Service was very friendly and professional
Despite booking on line for 6 x afternoon tea when we arrived there was no table ready and a table was put together in the basement restaurant not upstairs in the sun light with others.
We were overcharged by £3 pp waiter was adamant price was £32 pp not £29 when queried. Final insult £8 service charge was added to bill , horrendously overpriced , far better value afternoon teas out there.
We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious high afternoon tea and atmosphere of the drawing room of 11 Cadogan Gardens Hotel. My friend from Canada was thrilled by the quintessentially English ambience of it all! Good value too!
The scones were a bit dry. Apart from that everything was very tasteful.
My best friend and I were visiting London from the states and wanted to take part in the iconic British tradition of afternoon tea. Cadogan Gardens did not disappoint! The hotel is beautiful. The staff were all so kind and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious!
A very pleasant way to end the week having champagne tea with an old friend in civilised surroundings
Excellent service & great welcome
