Wednesday – Sunday | 4:30 – 8 pm
Sourcing from the surrounding fields and other local farms, cocktails at Bar Campo feature a wide variety of fresh organic ingredients, small-batch spirits and house-made syrups. Visit on Monday and Tuesday evenings when Bar Campo takes over the food menu, and Chef Perno pulls from collective memories and recipes from his team as well as his own New Mexican and Italian heritages. Monday’s chef selections feature New Mexican cuisine and Tuesday’s highlight house-made pasta selections. Bar Campo does not accept reservations.
