All in all a very good experience. Food even better than expected! Staff very helpful, courteous and attentive. Only one slight issue: Shame that American Express is not accepted. Must think of those airmiles! Thank you for the day... Paul

Food excellent quality but over-fussy and somewhat skimpy, not quite as enjoyable as previous visits. New chef? Superior service, although bar waitress seemed nervous and unsure - new? Try and get more genuine members of the public in by stopping the early warning for returning customers (lobbyists et al). Might improve the atmosphere. A great experience for people who have not been to this luncheon before.

Upon entering the House of Lords entrance, we were made to feel like royalty. Every single staff member took such pride in their position, the building and the MP's they serve. Many referred to working here as being part of a family. From our pre-lunch drink in the Lord's pub to our meal in the Peers' dining room, everything was perfectly presented and delicious. Service was flawless. The artwork on the walls and ambiance of the room create a sense of British history that must be experienced. Thank you for a unforgettable afternoon!
