12,000 Francs is a cutting-edge, ingredients driven Modern European restaurant nestled in SoHo. The restaurant's crowd-friendly menu of appetite-sating sharing plates will be complemented by an 80-bottle New World-leaning wine collection and over 20+ hard-to-source labels available by the glass.
We welcome bookings for dinner and also have 18 seats available at our wine table. During weekends we are quite full so for walk in guests an earlier time of 7pm is suggested.
Amazing meal, fresh ingredients, friendly staff.
This is my second time visiting 12000 Francs. Their quality of food and services have been highly satisfactory throughout my visits. The only two small advices I'd like to give them are (i) I couldn't change my reservation online (as I wanted to postpone my reservation for half an hour and I could only do that by a call); and (ii) no suckling pig portion for two. But these wouldn't hinder my high recommendation of this restaurant to my friends and families.
The wine list is a bit limited, with wines in general a bit pricier than most Soho restaurants.
Appetizers for brunch were better than the main courses, with the cured ham and deviled eggs being the real winners. Out of the 190HKD free flow selection both the rose and white wine were relatively weak while the prosecco is very good. Great prices and nice service.
the price of the sparkling water, though filtrated, does appear hefty ...
Dinner was great - we found the black cod a bit expensive for what was served, but otherwise it was good. They were still training up staff while we were there, so I think that they are getting there.
Relaxed but attentive service. Great, reasonably-priced, wine list and delicious bread. It was hard not to fill up on the first course!
I personally really enjoyed the Wagyu Duo, and the wine matching was nicely done. Portions in general could be larger though.
